Eton Centris is a development in Quezon City by Lucio Tan's Eton Properties Philippines. Eton Centris is located at the southeast corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue. It is a major component of the Triangle Park business district. [1] It covers an area of 12 hectares (30 acres). [2]
Eton Centris was announced in October 2008 as Eton's second major mixed-use development township project, after the 1,000 hectares (2,500 acres) Eton City in Santa Rosa, Laguna. [1] In total, the development was planned to have seven office buildings and ten high-end residential condominiums. [2] Eton developed Centris Station and Centris Walk simultaneously with two other projects: Eton Corinthian (also in Quezon City) and Green Podium (near De La Salle University); the expected total annual revenue from the three projects was ₱300 million, with a projected 60 to 70% occupancy rate at opening. Eton Centris was originally being developed by Paramount Land Equities, another Lucio Tan-controlled company. In 2009, Eton Properties purchased the Centris development from Paramount in exchange for 1.6 billion newly issued Eton Properties shares. The shares were issued at ₱2.50 each, a premium of ₱0.17 over the volume-weighted average trading price of the shares in the past three months. [5]
In early 2010, as Eton announced income growth of ten times for its first quarter of 2010 vs. 2009, president Danilo Ignacio stated that the company was in the planning stage to open the second BPO office. [6] In September of the same year, Ignacio announced that Eton had begun collecting bids from contractors for the actual construction of the second BPO office. [7]
The 18,000 square metres (190,000 sq ft), 12-floor Eton Cyberpod Centris office building targets business process outsourcing companies. [1] Each floor has 2,000 square metres (22,000 sq ft). [8] The building is listed as an approved IT Center by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, making export-oriented companies located therein eligible for temporary tax holiday, permanent reduced rate of corporate income tax, and other incentives. SM Hypermarket was chosen as the anchor store for the complex's mall in October 2008. [2] In September 2009, Indian BPO giant Wipro Technologies announced that it would rent 6,000 square metres (65,000 sq ft) of office space in Eton Cyberpod Centris, with a commitment to expand by another 33%. It was Wipro's second Philippine office after the Cebu Business Park. [8]

It is the flagship media property of Nine Media Corporation of the ALC Group of Companies; along with the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) and Far East Managers and Investors Inc., among others, as major shareholders. The network's main offices and transmitter is located at Panay Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle also in Quezon City. Founded by Roberto Benedicto and prior to its privatization, it was the sister station of current government owned and controlled Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation and formerly an attached agency of the now-PCO, despite having 20% minority stake in ownership.

Iloilo Business Park, also known just as Megaworld among the locals, is a 92-hectare (230-acre) mixed-use master-planned community development in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines by Megaworld Corporation. It is located on the site of Iloilo's former airport, Mandurriao Airport, which the conglomerate acquired for 1.2 Billion Pesos from the Philippine national government. Megaworld is projected to pour in ₱25 Billion for the entire development in a span of years. It is an integrated township project featuring a commercial district, a lifestyle mall, office buildings catering to business process outsourcing firms, boutique and deluxe hotels, and a convention center.
Capitol Commons is a mixed-use development in Oranbo, Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the former Rizal Provincial Capitol complex located in the village of Oranbo adjacent to the Ortigas Center financial district. The 10-hectare (25-acre) site being developed by Ortigas & Company Limited Partnership, the same developer behind Ortigas Center, features Pasig's first high-end shopping center called Estancia at Capitol Commons. Once completed, the P25-billion mixed-use commercial, residential and office development will have 35,000 square meters (380,000 sq ft) of retail space, 20,000 square metres (220,000 sq ft) of office space for knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) companies, and 280,000 square meters (3,000,000 sq ft) of residential units. It is a mixed-use cultural and tourism hub overlooking Manila Bay in south-central Manila, most of which fall under the jurisdiction of the city of Pasay.
The Araneta City Cyberpark is a 8-hectare (20-acre) office development located in the Araneta City in Cubao, Quezon City. Located along the southern part of the mixed-use commercial development, the office complex is currently undergoing a ₱20 billion redevelopment under a new master plan, consisting of five green office towers, retail spaces, and an outdoor park. The ongoing development currently includes 2 towers completed, and one tower under construction, with 191,000 m2 (2,055,906.89 sq ft) of office space completed as of January 2021.

Parklinks is a 35-hectare (86-acre) mixed-use development that straddles the Pasig–Quezon City boundaries in the Philippines. It is a joint project of LT Group and Ayala Land located on the banks of the Marikina River in the eastern part of Metro Manila. The riverfront development is the biggest along the segment of C-5 Road north of the Pasig River and is planned to contain a 3-hectare (7.4-acre) central urban park, an esplanade, river terrace, riparian gardens and bike trails designed to make it one of the greenest urban estates in the Manila metropolitan area.
Bridgetowne is a real estate development spanning the border of Pasig and Quezon City in Metro Manila, the Philippines. It is a mixed township and business park situated in a former industrial area on both banks of the Marikina River near the junction of Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Avenue and Ortigas Avenue. The 30.61-hectare (75.6-acre) masterplanned community is the first integrated township project by Robinsons Land Corporation, the real estate arm of JG Summit. It is currently anchored by four office towers in its information technology park dedicated to the business process outsourcing sector, its second in Metro Manila after Robinsons Cybergate in Mandaluyong. Once completed, the township will be a community consisting of seven office towers, a shopping mall, five-star hotel and residential condominiums, with a landmark bridge and a light art installation called The Victor as its centerpiece.
