The 13th Lux Style Awards was a 2014 event presented by Lux to honor the fashion, music, films and Pakistani television of 2013. Ceremony was held on 4 December 2014 in a private ceremony, for the first in the thirteen years of LUX, event wasn't televised.

Hum Awards are annual Pakistani accolades bestowed by the Hum Network Limited in recognition of excellence in programming of television, fashion and music industry of Pakistan. Winners are awarded the Hum Award of Merit. The awards were first presented in 2013 at a ceremony held at the Karachi Expo Centre.

<i>Ullu Baraye Farokht Nahi</i> 2013 Pakistani television series

Ullu Baraaye Farokht Nahi is a Pakistani drama television serial based on the afsana of the same name by Amna Mufti which was first published in 2009 in a monthly Urdu journal Shuaa. Directed by Kashif Nisar, the serial stars Noman Ijaz, Sohail Ahmed, Saba Qamar, Uzma Hassan, Irsa Ghazal, Yumna Zaidi and Noman Masood in prominent roles. Deals with the subject of feudalism and Watta satta, the series serves as a dark indictment on a society where men can abuse their power with impunity.

The 3rd Hum Awards ceremony, presented by the Hum Television Network and Entertainment Channel (HTNEC), sponsored by Servis and Telenor, honored the best in fashion, music and Hum Television Dramas of 2014 and took place on 9 April 2015, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, UAE at 8:30 p.m. UAE Standard Time and was televised on 23 May at 7:30 p.m. PST. During the ceremony, HTNEC presented Hum Awards in 25 categories along with 3 in honorary and 2 in special categories. The ceremony, televised in Pakistan by Hum TV, was produced and directed by Nazeer Saeed Janjua while executive produced by Maimona Siddiqui.

Mohammed Ehteshamuddin is a Pakistani director, producer, screenwriter and actor who works in Pakistani television, cinema and theater. Mainly known for his work as a director and actor, he is the recipient of several accolades including two Hum Awards and a Lux Style Award.

Amna Babar is Pakistani model. Winning the Best Emerging Talent - Fashion award at 13th Lux Style Awards in 2014, and received her first Lux Style Award nomination as Best Model Female at 14th Lux Style Awards and Best Model Female at 3rd Hum Awards and 4th Hum Awards respectively.

Nooray Bhatti is Pakistani supermodel. She is regarded as one of the top models of Pakistan. Nooray has established herself as a leading model of Pakistani fashion industry and has been nominated four times for Best Model Female. She received her first Hum Award nomination at 3rd Hum Awards, as Best Model Female and consecutive nomination at 4th Hum Awards, in same category.

Shahzad Kashmiri is a Pakistani television and film director and cinematographer. Kashmiri is best known for his work as a cinematographer in Hum TV drama serials such as Humsafar, Bilqees Kaur, Maat, Mata-e-Jaan Hai Tu, Zard Mausam, and as a director in Yaqeen Ka Safar, Sabaat and Parizaad. Kashmiri was awarded Hum Honorary Phenomenal Serial Award for his work on Humsafar.

Momina Duraid is a Pakistani director and producer. She is a senior producer and creative head of television network Hum TV and CEO of her own production company MD Productions. She has produced and created several series including Dastaan (2010), Qaid-e-Tanhai (2010–11), Humsafar (2011–12), Shehr-e-Zaat (2012), Zindagi Gulzar Hai (2012–13), Diyar-e-Dil (2015), Sadqay Tumhare (2015), Mann Mayal (2016), Udaari (2016), Bin Roye (2016), Yaqeen Ka Safar (2017), Suno Chanda (2018) and Ehd-e-Wafa (2019).

The 16th Lux Style Awards ceremony, presented by Lux to honor the best in fashion, music, films, and Pakistani television of 2016, took place on 19 April 2017 at the Expo Center, Karachi, Sindh. During the ceremony, LUX presented the Lux Style Awards in four segments including Film, Fashion, Television, and Music. Actor in Law remained the most award-winning film with 4 awards while Udaari remained the most award-winning TV series by winning 3 awards.
