The 2006 World University Squash Championship is the edition of the 2006's World University Squash, which serves as the individual world squash championship for students. The event will take place in Szeged, Hungary, from 28 August to 2 September.

The World Squash Championships are squash events for men and women organised by the Professional Squash Association.The men's event was first held in 1976, and the women's was inaugurated in 1979.

The WSA World Tour 2012 is the international squash tour and organized circuit, organized by the Women's Squash Association (WSA) for the 2012 squash season. Nicol David Malaysian squash player

Datuk Nicol Ann David is a retired female Malaysian professional squash player. Beginning in August 2006, David was the world number one for a record-breaking 108 consecutive months, finally ceding the ranking in September 2015 to Raneem El Weleily. She has won the World Open title a record 8 times in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014, as well as the British Open title in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2014. In July 2016, she reached her 151st successive month in the top 10, breaking the record in both men's and women's categories. She surpassed Peter Nicol's previous records of 150 months.

David Palmer (squash player) Australian squash player

David Troy Palmer is a professional squash player from Australia. He won the Super Series finals in 2002, the World Open in 2002 and 2006; the British Open in 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2008; and the Australian Open in 2008. He attained World No. 1 ranking in September 2001 and again in February 2006.

Liz Irving is a squash coach and former professional squash player from Australia.

Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre

Melbourne Sports Centres - MSAC is an international sporting venue located in Albert Park, Victoria, Australia. The centre was opened on 24 July 1997 at a construction cost of A$65 million. The cost was funded by the State Government of Victoria and the City of Port Phillip. The centre has hosted international events including the 2006 Commonwealth Games and the 2007 World Aquatics Championships.

WSF World Team Squash Championships

The WSF World Team Squash Championships are an international squash competition organised by the World Squash Federation (WSF) and played between teams representing different nations. Countries enter teams of three or four players to represent them in the championships. In each round of the competition, teams face each other in a best-of-three singles matches contest. The competition is held once every two years, with the venue changing each time. Normally the men's and women's events are held separately in different years in two different locations.

The British National Squash Championships are the national squash championships for players from the United Kingdom & Ireland. They are held annually in early February, currently in Nottingham.

Daryl Selby English squash player

Daryl Selby is a professional squash player who represented England. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 9 in April 2010. His sister is professional squash player Lauren Selby. He attended Brentwood School, Essex as his secondary school between 1994 and 2001.

Carolyn Russell is a retired Canadian professional female squash player. She reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 40 in March 2007 after having joined the Women's International Squash Players Association (WISPA) in 2001.

The PSA World Tour Finals is the end of season championship of the PSA World Tour of male and female professional squash players. The top eight players in the current PSA World Tour is qualified for the event.

Campbell Grayson is a retired professional squash player who represented New Zealand. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 24 in February 2020.

2012 Womens World Open Squash Championship

The 2012 Women's World Open Squash Championship is the women's edition of the 2012 World Open, which serves as the individual world championship for squash players. The event took place in Grand Cayman in Cayman Island from 16 to 21 December. Nicol David won her seventh World Open title, beating Laura Massaro in the final.

Mens Kuala Lumpur Open Squash Championships 2013

The Men's CIMB Kuala Lumpur Open Squash Championships 2013 is the men's edition of the 2013 Kuala Lumpur Open Squash Championships, which is a tournament of the PSA World Tour event International. The event took place in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia from 28 March to 31 March. Karim Darwish won his second CIMB Kuala Lumpur Open trophy, beating Mohamed El Shorbagy in the final.

2013 Mens World Open Squash Championship

The AJ Bell 2013 Men's World Open Squash Championship is the men's edition of the 2013 World Championship, which serves as the individual world championship for squash players. The event took place in Manchester in England from 26 October to 3 November 2013. Nick Matthew won his third World Championship title, defeating Grégory Gaultier in the final.

The 2008 World University Squash Championship is the edition of the 2008's World University Squash, which serves as the individual world squash championship for students. The event took place in Cairo in Egypt from 22 August to 28 August.

The World Masters Squash Championships are an international squash competition organised by the World Squash Federation and played between players for athletes over the age of 35 years. World Masters are divided into ten categories — Over 35, Over 40, Over 45, Over 50, Over 55, Over 60, Over 65, Over 70, Over 75 and Over 80.

The 2016 Women's World Team Squash Championships is the women's edition of the 2016 World Team Squash Championships, which serves as the world team championship for squash players. The event held in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France and takes place from November 27 to December 3, 2016. The tournament is organized by the World Squash Federation and the French Squash Federation. The Egypt team won its third World Team Championships, beating the England team in the final.
