Adriana Jadranka Maraž was a Slovene graphic artist. She was born in Ilirska Bistrica. From 1949 until 1957, she studied painting and graphic art with the professor Maksim Sedej at the Academy of Fine Arts (ALU) in Ljubljana. She had many solo exhibitions and has participated in the Graphic Art Biennales in Ljubljana. She won the Grand Prix at the second Norwegian International Print Biennale in Fredrikstad.
The Slovenia national football team represents Slovenia in men's international football and is controlled by the Football Association of Slovenia, the governing body for football in Slovenia. The national squad is under the global jurisdiction of FIFA and is governed in Europe by UEFA. It competes in the three major professional tournaments available to European nations: the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Nations League and the UEFA European Championship. Slovenia played its first official match in 1992, one year after the country gained independence from Yugoslavia. The majority of Slovenia's home matches are played at Stožice Stadium in Ljubljana.

Omar Kareem Naber is a Slovenian singer, songwriter and guitar player. He first represented Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 in Kyiv with the song "Stop" and for a second time at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kyiv with the song "On My Way", but failed to qualify to the final on both occasions.

Bojan Bogdanović is a Croatian professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Standing at 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m), he plays the small forward position. Bogdanović has also played for the Washington Wizards, Indiana Pacers, Utah Jazz, Detroit Pistons, and New York Knicks. He also represents the Croatian national team internationally.

Bojan Udovič was a Slovene cyclist. He competed in the individual road race and team time trial events at the 1980 Summer Olympics, where three of the four members of the Yugoslav cycling team were Slovenes. Together with a fellow cyclist, Udovič was killed by a drunk driver near Medvedjek on 11 July 2015 while cycling.
Joker Out is a five-member Slovene indie rock band formed in 2016, who describe their genre as "Shagadelic Rock n' Roll". They had represented Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song "Carpe Diem", placing 21st. Their discography includes three studio albums: Umazane misli (2021), Demoni (2022), and Souvenir Pop (2024).
