The 2020 Adelaide 500 (known for commercial reasons as the 2020 Superloop Adelaide 500) is a motor racing event for the Supercars Championship held on Thursday 20 February through to Sunday 23 February 2020. The event was held at the Adelaide Street Circuit in Adelaide, South Australia, and marked the twenty-second running of the Adelaide 500. It was the first event of fourteen in the 2020 Supercars Championship and consisted of two races of 250 kilometres. [1]

The race was supported by the opening rounds of the Super2 Series, Porsche Carrera Cup Australia, Touring Car Masters, Boost Mobile Super Trucks and National TA2 Series. [2]

The 2017 Clipsal 500 Adelaide was a motor racing event for Supercars that was held on the weekend of 3 to 5 March 2017. The event was run at the Adelaide Street Circuit in Adelaide, South Australia, and was the nineteenth running of the Adelaide 500. It was the first event of fourteen in the 2017 Supercars Championship and consisted of two races of 250 kilometres. It was to be the last time Clipsal would be title sponsor for the event, having been so since 2000.

The 2021 Supercars Championship was a motor racing series for Supercars. It was the twenty-third running of the Supercars Championship and the twenty-fifth series in which Supercars have contested the Australian Touring Car Championship, the premier title in Australian motorsport. Atlanta-based international auto parts conglomerate Genuine Parts Company, through the consumer auto parts brand Repco, replaced Virgin Australia as naming rights sponsor under a five-year partnership, which was later expanded to eight years at the end of the 2022 prizegiving banquet.

The 2022 Super2 & Super3 Series was an Australian motor racing competition for Supercars as a support series. It was the twenty-third running of the Supercars Development Series, the second tier of competition in Supercars racing.
