The 2007 AFF Championship was the 6th edition of the AFF Championship, the football championship of Southeast Asia. The group stage was co-hosted by Singapore and Thailand from 12 to 17 January. Knockout stage with two-leg Home-and-away format was hosted from 23 January to 4 February 2007.

The 2008 AFF Championship was the seventh edition of the tournament. It was primarily sponsored by Suzuki and therefore officially known as the 2008 AFF Suzuki Cup. The group stage was held in Indonesia and Thailand from 5 to 10 December 2008. Two-legged home-and-away semi-finals and finals were held between 16 and 28 December 2008 in Singapore and Vietnam.

The 2010 AFF Championship, sponsored by Suzuki and P&G and officially known as the 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup, was the 8th edition of the AFF Championship, took place on 1–29 December 2010. Indonesia and Vietnam hosted the group stage from 1 to 8 December. Two-legged home-and-away semi-finals and finals were held between 15 and 29 December 2010.
The 2016 AFF Championship Final was the final of the 2016 AFF Championship, the 11th edition of the top-level Southeast Asia football tournament organised by the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF).
The knockout stage was the second and final stage of the 2016 AFF Championship, following the group stage. It was played from 3 to 17 December with the top two teams from each group advanced to the knockout stage to compete in a single-elimination tournament. Each tie was played on a home-and-away two-legged basis. The away goals rule, extra time and penalty shoot-out were used to decide the winner if necessary.

Group B was one of the two groups of the 2018 AFF Championship. It consisted of Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and qualification round winners Timor-Leste. The matches were played from 9 to 25 November 2018.
Group A was one of the two groups of the 2016 AFF Championship. It consisted of hosts the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. Play in Group A began on 19 November and ended on 25 November.
Group B was one of the two groups of the 2016 AFF Championship. It consisted of hosts Myanmar, Malaysia, Vietnam and qualification round winners Cambodia. Play in Group B began on 20 November and ended on 26 November.
The men's football tournament at the 2019 SEA Games was held from November 25 to December 10, 2019 in the Philippines. All eleven Southeast Asian nations participated in the men's tournament. Matches were played in Manila, Biñan and Imus. Men's teams were restricted to under-22 players.
The 2019 AFF U-15 Championship was the fourteenth edition of the AFF U-16 Championship, the annual international youth association football championship organised by the ASEAN Football Federation for men's under-15 national teams of Southeast Asia.

The 2022 AFF U-23 Championship was the 3rd edition of the AFF U-23 Championship, organised by ASEAN Football Federation (AFF). The tournament was held from 14 to 26 February in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Indonesia were the defending champions, having won the 2019 edition. The tournament was held amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesia and Myanmar withdrew from the tournament after several of their players tested positive for COVID-19.
The Group A of the 2022 AFF Championship were one of the two groups of competing nations in the 2022 AFF Championship. It consists of Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Brunei. The matches took place from 20 December 2022 to 2 January 2023.
The knockout stage of the 2022 AFF Championship were the second and final stage of the 2022 AFF Championship, following the group stage. It took place from 6 to 16 January 2023. The top two teams from each group advanced to the knockout stage to compete in a two-legged single-elimination tournament beginning with the semi-finals followed by the final. Each tie are played on a home-and-away two-legged basis. The away goals rule, extra time and penalty shoot-out are used to decide the winner if necessary.
