The 2024 Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks season is the 58th season in the club's history and they compete in the National Rugby League.
The club is coached by Craig Fitzgibbon in his third season with the Sharks and captained by Dale Finucane and Cameron McInnes. On Tuesday 23 April, in the lead up to Round 8, co-captain Dale Finucane announced his immediate retirement from the NRL on medical advice, due to repeated head knocks. [1]

Wade Graham is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played as a second-row forward and captained the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the National Rugby League (NRL). He has played for Australia at international level.
Shane Flanagan is an Australian professional rugby league football coach and commentator, and is the head coach of the St George Illawarra Dragons in the National Rugby League. He was the head coach of the Cronulla Sutherland Sharks and was appointed assistant coach of the Sharks in 2006 and was subsequently appointed to the top position when former coach Ricky Stuart resigned on 20 July 2010. Flanagan was previously the assistant coach at the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and Coaching Director of the PNG Kumuls. He is the father of Dragons player Kyle Flanagan.
Chadbury Townsend is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a halfback for the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League (NRL).
Dale Finucane is a former Australian professional rugby league footballer who played as a lock forward for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the National Rugby League (NRL). Finucane is a dual premiership winner 2017 and 2020 with the Melbourne Storm.

The 2020 Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks season was the 54th in the club's history. The team was coached by John Morris and captained by Wade Graham. The team competed in the National Rugby League's 2020 Telstra Premiership. This season marked the first since 2001 without club legend Paul Gallen, who retired at the end of the 2019 season.

The 2023 NRLW Premiership was the sixth professional season of Women's rugby league in Australia. As announced in March 2022 by the governing body, the National Rugby League, the number of teams increased from six to ten.

The Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks Women are an Australian professional rugby league club based in Cronulla, in the Sutherland Shire, Southern Sydney, New South Wales. They compete in the National Rugby League Women's Premiership (NRLW), Australasia's premier rugby league competition for female players.
