The 2026 Rally Sweden (also known as the 2026 Swedish Rally) is a planned motor racing event for rally cars that is scheduled to be held over four days from 12 to 15 February 2026. [2] It would mark the seventy-third running of the Rally Sweden, and would be the second round of the 2026 World Rally Championship, 2026 WRC2 Championship and 2026 WRC3 Championship. The event is also due to be the first round of the 2026 Junior WRC Championship. [3] The 2026 event is set to be based in Umeå in Västerbotten County and be consisted of eighteen special stages, covering a total competitive distance of 300.66 km (186.82 mi).

Contents

Elfyn Evans and Scott Martin are the defending rally winners, and Toyota Gazoo Racing WRT, are the defending manufacturer's winners. [4] Oliver Solberg and Elliott Edmondson are the defending rally winners in the WRC2 championship, [5] but they would not defend their titles as they were signed by Toyota to contest the top tier this season. [6] Taylor Gill and Daniel Brkic are the defending rally winners in the WRC3 championship as well as the junior championship. [7] [8]

Entry list

The following crews are set to enter into the rally. The event is due to open to crews competing in the World Rally Championship, its support categories, the WRC2 Championship, the WRC3 Championship and privateer entries that are not registered to score points in any championship. Eleven crews are set to enter under Rally1 regulations, as are twenty-eight Rally2 crews in the WRC2 Championship and ten Rally3 crews in the WRC3 Championship. A total of seven crews participated in the Junior World Rally Championship. [9]
