A. B. Hess Cigar Factory, and Warehouses is a historic cigar factory and tobacco warehouse complex located at Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The complex consist of four rectangular red brick buildings, three to five stories tall. They are the R. H. Brubaker Tobacco Warehouse including the Koenig & Co. Warehouse (c. 1880-1881), the Franklin H. Bare Tobacco Warehouse (c. 1880-1881), and the A. B. Hess Cigar Factory (c. 1905-1908). [2] The buildings have been converted to residential use.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. They are located in the North Shippen-Tobacco Avenue Historic District. [1]

Columbia Wagon Works, also known as Colonial Wagon Company, is a historic wagon factory complex located at Columbia in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The complex was built between 1889 and 1920, and includes seven contributing buildings. They are rectangular brick factory buildings with heavy timber frame construction. Six of the buildings are arranged in an "H"-shape. The buildings range in height from one to 3 1/2-stories. The wagon company closed in 1926, after which the buildings housed a tobacco warehouse operated by the American Cigarette & Cigar Company and produce warehouses. Between 1994 and 1996, the complex was converted to house 60 apartments.

Follmer, Clogg and Company Umbrella Factory, also known as Van Sciver Building, is a historic factory building located at Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. It was built between about 1880 and 1905, and is a U-shaped, brick complex measuring approximately 144 feet by 250 feet. It housed Follmer, Clogg and Company, a manufacturer of umbrellas and parachutes, until the 1940s. In 1944, it was acquired by J.B. Van Sciver Co. and housed a furniture store, warehouse, and repair shop until 1982.

It is six bays by three bays and has a moderate pitched slate covered gable roof with gabled dormers. Additions were made with the building about 1910 and about 1939. The building houses the Lancaster Brewing Company restaurant.
