Among Friends is a 1978 jazz studio album by American saxophonist Art Pepper playing with pianist Russ Freeman, bassist Bob Magnusson and drummer Frank Butler. [3] [4] Freeman and Butler had played with Pepper in the 1950s.

Arthur Edward Pepper Jr. was an American jazz musician, most known as an alto saxophonist. He occasionally performed and recorded on tenor saxophone, clarinet and bass clarinet.
