Christiane was born in 1994 in Wellington, New Zealand. Christiane's physical appearance and height of 5'11" led to frequent suggestions that she consider modeling. [1] She began her career at the age of 16 and was discovered by a scout from Red 11 Model Management and signed contracts that provided consistent modeling work throughout Asia.
