Wellsboro Historic District, is a national historic district in Wellsboro, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, United States. It includes 531 contributing buildings, three contributing sites, and four contributing objects. It is a 360-acre (1.5 km2) district that is a mixed use commercial / residential / institutional district. The historic structures date from 1835 to the 1950s and include the Tioga County Court House (1835), Arcadia Theater (1924), First Presbyterian Church (1894), Green Free Library, Penn-Wells Hotel, First Presbyterian Church (1894), St. Paul's Episcopal Church (1899), United Methodist Church of Wellsboro (1905), and Wellsboro Diner (1939). Three previously listed properties are also included: the Robinson House, Jesse Robinson House, and Wellsboro Armory.
Waits Methodist Episcopal Church and Cemetery is a historic Methodist Episcopal church and cemetery located at what was once known as Waits, in the town of Owego in Tioga County, New York. It is a Greek Revival–style structure built in 1853 of white pine from Windham, Pennsylvania. It is a 1+1⁄2-story building, three bays wide and four bays deep, measuring approximately 30 feet by 40 feet. The interior was remodeled in 1866 and it retains all of its fabric from that time. Also on the property is a small settlement period cemetery.
Bangor Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church complex located at Churchtown, in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The church was built in 1830, and is a 1 1/2-story, brownstone rectangular building in the Gothic Revival style. It has a steep, slate covered gable roof and steeple added about 1880. It features Gothic arch art glass windows. The complex includes the frame school building. It is a one-story, three bay building built in 1844 in the Greek Revival style. Also on the property is a contributing cemetery with approximately 325 graves dated from the Revolutionary War to the present.

The contributing sites include the I.O.O.F. community cemetery, founded in 1872, and the former Victoria Park. Located in the district and listed separately is the Harbison-Walker Refractories Company complex.

The Protection of the Flag Monument is a historic war memorial located in Academy Park at 715 South Main Street in Athens, Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Designed in the Classical Revival style by the architectural firm McKim, Mead & White, with a sculpture by George Thomas Brewster, it was erected between 1900 and 1902, and has a granite pedestal topped by a bronze sculpture group. The sculpture depicts an adult soldier and a young drummer boy attired in Revolutionary War clothing and protecting their flag from falling into enemy hands. A commemorative plaque indicates it was dedicated in memory of the soldiers who fought in defense of the flag.

The oldest building is Brashear's Tavern, and there are five buildings that date between 1815 and 1840. The contributing sites are cemeteries associated with two of the churches, including Christ Church, the burial site of Brownsville namesake Thomas Brown. Located in the district and separately listed are the St. Peter's Church and Bowman's Castle.
