Delft is a city and municipality in the province of South Holland, Netherlands. It is located between Rotterdam, to the southeast, and The Hague, to the northwest. Together with them, it is a part of both the Rotterdam–The Hague metropolitan area and the Randstad.
The Delft University of Technology is the oldest and largest Dutch public technical university, located in Delft, Netherlands. As of 2022 it is ranked by QS World University Rankings among the top 10 engineering and technology universities in the world. In the fields of architecture and civil engineering, it was ranked 2nd in the world, after MIT.
Willem "Wim" Schermerhorn was a Dutch politician who served as Prime Minister of the Netherlands from 25 June 1945 until 3 July 1946. He was a member of the now-defunct Free-thinking Democratic League (VDB) and later co-founder of the Labour Party (PvdA). According to Harry W. Laidler, the government under Schermerhorn's premiership "achieved important results in the fields of labor, finance, housing, old age pensions, and the social services".
Petrus Josephus Mattheus "Piet" Aalberse Sr. was a Dutch politician of the defunct General League of Roman Catholic Caucuses (ABRK) later the Roman Catholic State Party (RKSP) and later co-founder of the Catholic People's Party (KVP) now merged into the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) party and jurist. He was granted the honorary title of Minister of State on 31 December 1934.
Bart Albert Liliane De Wever is a Belgian politician. Since 2004, De Wever has been the leader of the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA), a political party advocating for the independence of Flanders. He is also a member of the Chamber of Representatives. De Wever played a prominent role in the 2007 Belgian government formation and presided over his party's victory in the 2010 federal elections when N-VA became the largest party in both Flanders and in Belgium as a whole.
Hendrik Johannes "Rik" Grashoff is a Dutch engineer and politician. He is a member of the political party GreenLeft. From 23 November 2010 to 19 September 2012 he was a member of the House of Representatives. He focused on matters of agriculture, defense and public administration. On 20 May 2015 he returned to the House and took up the seat of Bram van Ojik.
Barthold Charles (Bart) de Liefde is a Dutch former politician and field hockey umpire. As a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy he was an MP between 26 October 2010 and 19 February 2016. He focused on matters of culture, sports and games of chance.
Richard de Mos is a Dutch politician and teacher who served as a member of the House of Representatives for the Party for Freedom (PVV) from 1 September 2009 to 20 September 2012. He sat on the municipal council of The Hague from 11 March 2010 to 7 June 2018, when he became an alderman in the municipal executive for the Groep de Mos/Hart voor Den Haag. He was removed through a motion of no confidence on 16 October 2019 and regained his seat in the municipal council the following 7 November. He was the lijsttrekker for Code Orange (CO) in the 2021 general election.
Maarten Johannes "Martin" van Rijn is a Dutch politician and businessman who served as Minister for Medical Care from March to July 2020. A member of the Labour Party (PvdA), he previously was CEO and Chairman of the Reinier Haga Groep from 1 December 2017. He served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, dealing with nursing and care, elderly policy, youth policy and biotechnology in the Second Rutte cabinet, from November 2012 to October 2017. Prior to this, he was CEO of the PGGM pension fund (2008–2012).
Eric Derk Wiebes is a Dutch politician who served as Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy in the Third Rutte cabinet since 26 October 2017 until 15 January 2021. He is a member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD).

Previously Bosma was a member of the House of Representatives for the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy between 1 March 2016 and 23 March 2017. He served in the States of Flevoland between 15 March 2007 and 1 March 2016.

Joris Thijssen is a Dutch environmental activist and politician. After studying aerospace engineering, he started working for the environmental organization Greenpeace. He participated in numerous protest actions, leading to a number of arrests and a criminal record. In 2016, he became co-director of Greenpeace Netherlands. He left his job to participate in the 2021 general election, in which he was elected to the House of Representatives. There, he represents the Labour Party.
Raoul Marc Boucke is a Surinamese-Dutch civil servant and politician, who has served as a member of the House of Representatives since 2021. He is a member of the social liberal party Democrats 66 (D66). Prior to his political career, Boucke worked for two government ministries, the European Commission, as well as the Dutch representation to the European Union.
Hatta Hannelore "Hatte" van der Woude is a Dutch politician who has represented the conservative-liberal People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) in the House of Representatives since 2021. She started her career in Vietnam and Singapore and later worked for The Hague University of Applied Sciences as a researcher, lecturer and policy advisor. Van der Woude was politically active in Delft's municipal council (2012–2016) and as an alderwoman in the city's municipal executive (2018–2021) prior to being elected to the House of Representatives in the 2021 general election.
