Bird-in-Hand is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States, in East Lampeter Township. The "Bird in Hand" ZIP code extends east from the CDP into Leacock and Upper Leacock townships. The community has a large Amish and Mennonite population. As of the 2010 census, the population within the CDP was 402.

It is located in Metro Detroit at 20301 Oakwood Boulevard in the suburban city of Dearborn, Michigan near The Henry Ford and the world headquarters building of Ford Motor Company. Albert Kahn designed the Dearborn Inn in the Georgian architectural style. The Dearborn Inn is owned by Ford Motor Land Development Corporation and managed by Marriott International.
The Roosevelt Inn is located near downtown Coeur d'Alene in North Idaho. Originally built in 1905 as the Roosevelt School, it is recognized as a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was converted into an inn in 1994.
White Horse Tavern is a historic inn and tavern located in Douglassville, Amity Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The building is situated on the banks of the Schuylkill River. It was originally built in 1765, and is a 2 1⁄2-story, five-bay, sandstone building with a gable roof. A 2 1⁄2-story, three-bay, addition was constructed in 1780. The building operated as an inn and tavern until 1870, when it was converted to a three-family residence. The house was obtained in 1971, and subsequently restored by the Historic Preservation Trust of Berks County. It is part of the Morlatton Village historic site.

Inn at Fowlerstown, also known as Drover's Inn, is a historic hotel located near Wellsburg in Brooke County, West Virginia, United States. The inn was built between 1848 and 1851, and is a 2½-story brick building in the Greek Revival style. The property also includes a two-story log house (1820) and frame cottage that pre-date the inn. Contributing outbuildings are a small clapboard well house, chicken coop, and privy. Before 1938, the inn housed a general store and post office that served the small village of Fowlerstown. The village grew up around along Washington Pike at the grist mill established by William Fowler.
Beagle Hotel was a historic inn and tavern located near Valley Grove, Ohio County, West Virginia. It was built before 1827 and operated as the Beagle Hotel until 1893. Attached to the hotel was a general store. Both buildings were 2 1/2 stories high and covered in clapboard.

It was built in 1760, and is a 2 1/2 story, 4 bay fieldstone building with an adjoining 1 1/2-story spring house. It has a gable roof with two gable end brick chimneys. In addition to being an inn and tavern, the building houses a post office, polling place, and community meeting center. It is now operated as a bed and breakfast known as the Seipsville Inn.
Miller's Store, also known as Trent House and General Store and Trenthouse Inn and Country Store, is a historic commercial building located at Trent in Middlecreek Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1885, and expanded about 1895. It is a large, 2 1/2-story, "U"-shaped, Queen Anne style building designed to house a general store, post office, and hotel. On the corner of the front facade is a two-story, hexagonal tower with a faceted conical roof and copper finial. It features a wraparound porch.
Wayne Hotel, formerly known as The Waynewood, is a historic hotel located at Wayne, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1906, and is a five-story, Tudor Revival building, with a two-story rear extension. It is built of brick and stucco with false Half Timbering. It features a one-story, wraparound porch with a semi-circular dining projection and two projecting bay windows extending from the second to fourth floors.

The district includes eight contributing buildings and three contributing structures. The main hotel building was built in 1907, and is a three-story, stone and stucco Mission style building. The features a parapeted gable and two four-story square towers. The building was expanded in 1923. Also on the property are the contributing carriage house, staff dormitory, stable / garage, two cottages, and Olympic-sized swimming pool, pool house, pavilion / concession stand and two water storage tanks.
Shohola Glen Hotel, also known as Rohman's Inn and Shola House, is a historic hotel located at Shohola Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1875, and is a 2 1/2-story, "L"-shaped, wood frame, banked building. It is seven bays wide, cross-gabled roof, and a full-width front porch. The building was updated in the 1940s, after a fire, at which time a bowling alley was added.
Fullerton Inn, also known as the Jacktown Inn, Jacksonville Hotel, and Fullerton-Sverdrup House, is a historic inn and tavern located in North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1798 by William Fullerton, and is a 2 1/2-story, four bay stone building in the Federal style. It has a five bay wood frame addition built in 1805. Both sections have gable roofs. It operated as an inn into the late-19th century.
Kemp's Hotel is a historic inn and tavern building located at Maxatawny Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. It was built about 1740, and is a 2 1/2-story, rectangular limestone building. A two-story, four bay, western addition and one-story rear wing was built in 1852. The building has a slate covered gable roof.
Riverside Farm, also known as Evermay-on-the-Delaware, is a historic hotel located near Erwinna, Tinicum Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The house is a 3 1/2-story, six bay, frame vernacular dwelling with Greek Revival and Italianate style influences. The oldest section of the main house was built in the late 18th century as a two-story, three bay frame structure. Additions to the house occurred between about 1870 and 1883, when it took its present form. A stairwell addition was built in 1982. The front facade features a one-story, flat roofed porch. Also on the property are a contributing tenant house, carriage house, shed, and ice house. The house was built as a private dwelling, then converted for use as a hotel and resort starting about 1870. It operated as an inn until 1930. It reopened in 1982 as a bed-and-breakfast known as EverMay On-The-Delaware. But was closed in 2005 and now operates as a private residence.

The buildings are predominantly 2 1/2-story, stone and frame, gable roofed structures reflective of vernacular Greek Revival, Italianate, and Bungalow/craftsman styles. Notable buildings include "The Brambles," Thomas Schwartz House, Stover Mansion, Point Pleasant School (1850), Baptist Church (1852), Point Pleasant Hotel, Jacob Sutters Hotel, Waterman's Inn (1832), and the Stover Grist and Saw Mill. The contributing structures are four bridges that cross the Pennsylvania Canal.
