Blow Me Down Provincial Park is a smaller Provincial Park on the west coast of the island of Newfoundland. The park is located on Route 450, about 60 km (37 mi) west of Corner Brook and the Trans-Canada Highway, on a small peninsula between Lark Harbour and York Harbour at the mouth of the Bay of Islands. Scenery includes the rugged granite coastline, and the white and rocky cliffs of "Diamond Cove". Its granite lighthouse was in operation from 1873 to the 1940s. After it was abandoned in the 1940s the building fell into ruins. The spiral stone staircase extends into the tower wall and kept the tower from collapsing while the remainder of the lighthouse fell to ruin. In 1999 the lighthouse was fully reconstructed and serves as a tourist attraction.

Route 450 is a highway in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The highway starts at an interchange at Route 1 in Corner Brook. When approaching O'Connell Drive, motorists can turn left to continue their journey along the route. The route terminates at a cul-de-sac in Lark Harbour.
