The Chief of Staff of Ghana is the coordinator of the supporting staff and the primary aide-de-camp of the President of Ghana.The chief of staff provides a buffer between the President and that executive's direct-reporting team. The chiefs of staff also acts as a confidant and advisor to the President, acting as a sounding board for ideas.

Politics of Ghana takes place in a framework of a presidential representative democratic republic, whereby the president of Ghana is head of state and head of government, and of a 2 party system. The seat of government is at Golden Jubilee House. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in the government and Parliament. The judiciary is independent of the executive and the legislature.
The Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) is the professional head of the Ghana Armed Forces. He is thus responsible for the administration and the operational control and command of the Ghana military. The CDS is a member of the Armed Forces Council. This council advice the President of Ghana on matters of policy relating to defence and also regulates the administration of the Armed Forces. It also advises the President on the promotion of all officers above the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel or its equivalent.
Mahamudu Bawumia is a Ghanaian economist and former central banker who serves as the 5th Vice President of Ghana in the 4th Ghanaian Republic. He assumed office on 7th January 2017 as Vice President of Ghana.
The Council of State in Ghana is a small body of prominent citizens, analogous to the Council of Elders in the traditional political system, which advises the President on national issues.
The Minister for the Interior is the Ghanaian government official responsible for the Ministry of Interior. He is thus responsible for internal security and law and order in Ghana. Julius Debrah is a Ghanaian politician and former chief of staff to the former President of Ghana John Dramani Mahama. He is a member of the National Democratic Congress. In February 2015, he was appointed chief of staff after the former, Prosper Douglas Bani was removed from office and assigned to as Ambassador Extraordinaire and Plenipotentiary. Debrah previously held the positions of Minister of Local Government and Rural Development and Regional Minister for Eastern Region.

The Ghana Music Awards, currently known as the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards ('VGMA") for sponsorship reasons, is an annual music awards event in Ghana established in 1999 by a local event organizer and planner company known as Charter House to originally and primarily celebrate the "outstanding contributions of Ghanaian musician(s) to the growth and expansion of its associated industry".

National Hajj Council is a division under the Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It was set up to oversee the annual airlifting of Ghanaian Hajj pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.
Samuel Abu Jinapor, is a Ghanaian lawyer and a politician. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party and the Member of Parliament for the Damongo Constituency. In 2017, President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo appointed him as Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of Operations at the Office of the President, at the age of 33, the youngest in the history of Ghana to occupy such a position. He is currently the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and assumed position as caretaker Minister of Trade and Industry on 16th January, 2023.

Said Sinare is a Ghanaian diplomat and politician, who is a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He is currently a National Vice Chairman of the party. He is a former member of parliament for Ayawaso Central Constituency. He is also a former Ambassador to Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Sinare is an investigator and the founder of Zongo for NDC, a group to help advocate to Muslims and period within the Zongos in Ghana.
Kwadwo Okyere Mpiani is a Ghanaian financial advisor, management consultant and politician. He served as chief of staff and minister of presidential affairs in the John Kufuor Administration. He also served a member of parliament representing Mampong South in the Ashanti Region in the 3rd Republic of Ghana from 1979 to 1981. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party.
