The Chief of Staff of Ghana is the coordinator of the supporting staff and the primary aide-de-camp of the President of Ghana.The chief of staff provides a buffer between the President and that executive's direct-reporting team. The chiefs of staff also acts as a confidant and advisor to the President, acting as a sounding board for ideas.

Wesley Girls' High School (WGHS) is an educational institution for girls in Cape Coast in the Central region of Ghana. It was founded in 1836 by Harriet Wrigley, the wife of a Methodist minister. The school is named after the founder of Methodism, John Wesley.
Paul Victor ObengKSG also known as P. V. Obeng was a Ghanaian mechanical engineer and politician. He was the chairman of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology council. In 2010, he was appointed by the President John Atta Mills administration as Chairman of the National Development Planning Commission (NDPC). Until his death, he was the Senior Presidential Adviser at Presidency to President John Dramani Mahama. He served under President's Jerry John Rawlings, John Evans Atta Mills and John Dramani Mahama in different capacities. He was a member and coordinating secretary and chairman of the Committee of Secretaries of the Provisional National Defence Council. He died on 17 May 2014.
The Minister for the Interior is the Ghanaian government official responsible for the Ministry of Interior. He is thus responsible for internal security and law and order in Ghana. The most recent person in this position is Hon.Ambrose Dery. The position has also been known as Minister for Internal Affairs in the past.
Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong, is a Ghanaian female legal practitioner, a former Attorney General of Ghana and Minister for Justice. She was appointed by President Mahama in 2013. She is the second woman to hold this office in Ghana, the first being Betty Mould-Iddrisu. Her tenure as attorney general ended on 6 January 2017. She was appointed to the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce from 1 July 2018 for a three-year term. She is Honorary Council Member of the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA).
Dzifa Aku Attivor was a Ghanaian politician and businesswoman. She was Minister for Transport in Ghana until her resignation in December 2015 due to a controversial bus re-branding contract. She was appointed in February 2013 by President John Mahama after the Ghanaian general election in December 2012.

Julius Debrah is a Ghanaian politician and chief of staff to the president of Ghana John Dramani Mahama. He is a member of the National Democratic Congress. He is the current Chief of Staff of the Republic of Ghana. In February 2015, he was appointed chief of staff after the former, Prosper Douglas Bani was removed from office and assigned to as Ambassador Extraordinaire and Plenipotentiary. Debrah previously held the positions of Minister of Local Government and Rural Development and Regional Minister for Eastern Region.
Alhaji Mahama Iddrisu is a Ghanaian politician who was a member of the Provisional National Defence Council and a former Minister for Defence. He is a founding member of the National Democratic Congress. He is the longest-serving Minister of Defence of Ghana, serving from 1985 to 1999, for 14 years.

Samuel Abu Jinapor, is a Ghanaian lawyer and a politician. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party and the Member of Parliament for the Damongo Constituency. In 2017, President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo appointed him as Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of Operations at the Office of the President, at the age of 33, the youngest in the history of Ghana to occupy such a position. He is currently the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources.
Abibata Shanni Mahama Zakariah was born in Yendi and is the daughter of Alhaji Shanni Mahama, who was a former MP for Yendi Constituency and a Deputy Minister for Agriculture in the government of former prime minister K. A. Busia. She was appointed Deputy CEO of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) in 2017 and got elevated to the position of substantive Chief Executive in September 2021 after her immediate boss, Stephen Amoah, left to start a career as Parliamentarian for the Nhyiaso Constituency.

In Ghana, a presidential transition is the process during which the president-elect of Ghana prepares to take over the administration of the Republic of Ghana from the incumbent president. The transition formally starts when the electoral commission of Ghana declares an "apparent winner" of the election thereby releasing the funds appropriated by the parliament of Ghana for the transition, and continues until inauguration day, when the president elect takes the oath of office, at which point the powers, immunities, and responsibilities of the presidency are legally transferred to the new president.
