Chiklee Water Park is one of the most prominent recreational parks in Rangpur city. [1] It is a scenic recreational spot situated to the north of Rangpur city. The area includes the ancient Chikli Bill, located in the Hanuman Tola area, which is over a hundred years old. During winter, this water body becomes lively with the arrival of migratory birds. The city corporation has developed the area into a full-fledged recreational park by preserving the surroundings of the bill. [2]

The park offers speed boats for visitors to enjoy a ride on the bill. Over the years, it has attracted many travelers and picnic enthusiasts from far-off places. The primary attraction of the Chikli Water Park is its artificial waterfall, which is more stunning at night, illuminated by colorful lights.

Several canals run through the park, with clear water filled with vibrant fish. Benches and chairs are placed throughout the park for visitors to relax and socialize.

To entertain children, the city authorities have installed various rides such as a train and a merry-go-round. [3]
