The Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban is the house of the Parliament of Bangladesh, located at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar besides St. Joseph Higher Secondary School in the Bangladeshi capital of Dhaka. Designed while the country was still part of Pakistan by architect Louis Kahn, the complex is one of the largest legislative complexes in the world, covering 208 acres (840,000 m2).

It was established in 1970 by the Jahangirnagar Muslim University Ordinance of the Pakistani government, which was amended after the independence of Bangladesh to form the university. It is one of the four autonomous universities by the act of universities in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Television, commonly known by its acronym BTV, is the state-owned television network of Bangladesh. The network was originally established as the East Pakistan branch of Pakistan Television in 1964. It was rebranded right after the independence of Bangladesh. BTV is the oldest Bengali-language television network in the world, as well as the oldest television network in Bangladesh, and is sister to the radio broadcaster Bangladesh Betar, which, along with BTV, are both owned and operated by the government.
The MA Aziz Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Chittagong, Bangladesh. The stadium currently operated by the Bangladesh Football Federation, predominantly hosts football matches and has previously been used by the Bangladesh national football team. Its total capacity is 30,000. On a historical note, it was used as headquarters during the 1971 Independence War. The stadium serves as the main football venue of Chittagong as the main cricket venue of the port city has been shifted to the Zohur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. It is the home venue of Chittagong Abahani in Bangladesh Premier League. The stadium also hosts the Sheikh Kamal International Club Cup, the country’s only international club football tournament.
Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, formerly Rangpur University, is a public research university in Rangpur, Bangladesh. Founded in 2008, it is the only generally categorized university in Rangpur Division and the second public university in the region. It was named after the feminist writer and social worker Begum Rokeya.

Bangladesh Premier League, also known as Dutch-Bangla Bank BPL for sponsorship reasons, is a professional Twenty20 cricket league organised by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). It was formed in 2011 by the BCB, after the suspension of its predecessor organisation, 2009/10 National Cricket League Twenty20. The first season was held in February 2012, and the games were held across Dhaka and Chittagong. The BPL is headed by the chairman of its Governing Council.

Akhaura–Agartala line is a railway line between Bangladesh and India. The railway line is a pivotal achievement for both countries. It has several benefits including, boosting tourism in the North East of India, reducing travel time from Kolkata-Agartala from 38 hours to a mere 10 hours by rail, reducing cost of cargo transport to and from Bangladesh and the North East of India, improving bilateral relations and more. It is expected to also act as a gateway to other NE Indian states such as Assam, southern Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh.
The MRT Line 1 is Dhaka Metro Rail's rapid transit line under construction. It will be the second of the Dhaka Metro Rail system and will be operated by Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL). Its construction started in February 2023. It is scheduled to open in December 2026.
Bangladesh Police Swimming Complex is a swimming sports competition hosting and training swimming pool operated by Bangladesh Police which open in 2019. It is located inside the headquarters of the Armed Police Battalion in Uttara, Dhaka. The sports facility built at a cost of 20 crore Bangladeshi taka. It was inaugurated and opened for use by members of the Bangladesh Police on 24 November 2019. It is also a venue for various swimming sports and water polo.
Jahangirnagar University Swimming Pool built in 1978, is a swimming sports competition hosting and training swimming pool. It is located in the South of the University Gymnasium. Unlike most sports swimming pools in Bangladesh, it is not affiliated to the National Sports Council. The overall maintenance of the pool is under the management of the physical education department of the university.
Ivy Rahman Swimming Pool is Bangladesh's first swimming sports organizing and training swimming pool. Built in the 1970s, the sports facility belongs to the Bangabandhu National Stadium Complex in Paltan, Dhaka. It is one of the three swimming pools located in Dhaka city. It is affiliated to the National Sports Council, like the official venues for all swimming sports events in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Swimming Federation maintains the pool. Its current name is posthumously named after Ivy Rahman.
Syed Nazrul Islam National Swimming Complex built in 1993, is the national and international swimming sports hosting and training venue of Bangladesh. It is the main swimming venue in Bangladesh and the third venue within Dhaka city, It is affiliated to the National Sports Council, like the official venues for all swimming sports events in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Swimming Federation maintains the pool. The pool is posthumously named after Syed Nazrul Islam. Due to its location, the facility is known as Mirpur Swimming Complex.
