Rangpur Palli Bidyut Samiti-2 is one of the 80 Palli Bidyut Samitis under the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (REB). Rangpur Palli Bidyut Samiti-2 provides electricity services through several zonal offices in five upazilas of Rangpur Division and Nilphamari District's Syedpur Upazila. This Palli Bidyut Samiti was established on 24 February 1985. [1] [2]

Rangpur Palli Bidyut Samiti-2 began its journey on 24 February 1985. The Samiti covers 47 unions and 894 villages, all of which have 100% electricity coverage. The Paglapir office serves as the main office. [1]
