The Danish Athletics Federation (Danish : Dansk Atletik Forbund) is the governing body for the sport of athletics in Denmark. It is responsible for maintaining the Danish records in athletics.
The federation was founded in 1907 and as of 2023 represents 250 athletics associations with a combined total of 32,000 members. [1]
Henrik Høve Jørgensen was a Danish marathon runner, who won the London Marathon in 1988. He finished 5th in 1985 in 2:09.43 hours – this time remains the Danish national record and stood as the Nordic record for over 30 years until beaten by Sondre Nordstad Moen in 2017. Born in Herlev, Jørgensen represented his native country in the men's marathon at the 1984 and the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. He was a two-time national champion in the men's 5000 m.
The Danish Cricket Federation is the official governing body of the sport of cricket in the Kingdom of Denmark. Its current headquarters is in Brøndby, Copenhagen.

The 2014 World Women's Curling Championship was held from 15 to 23 March at the Harbour Station in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Denmark are competing in the 2014 European Athletics Championships in Zürich, Switzerland. Sixteen athletes were selected for the championships, making it the biggest team since the 2002 championships.
The Bandy Federation of Denmark was created in 2014 by two Danish brothers living in Sweden and playing bandy in Swedish clubs, Ole Gyldenlöve and Christian Gyldenlöve. It became a member of the Federation of International Bandy the same year. They hoped to be able to set up a Danish national team for the World Championship. However, this did not come true and the federation did not last. In 2017, it has been removed from the FIB member list.

Badminton Denmark is the national governing body for the sport of badminton in Denmark. The organization represents above 700 clubs as of 2023. The highest authority in Badminton Denmark is the assembly where each member club is represented. The board of directors' duty is to ensure the organisation moves in the direction that the assembly decided. There is an administration that runs the organisation day-to-day. The organization maintains the rules of badminton for Denmark, usually in line with those of the Badminton World Federation.

The championships have been held annually since 1976 for junior men and since 1983 for junior women. The championships are organized by the Danish Curling Association.
