The Danish Rugby League Federation is the governing body for the sport of rugby league football in Denmark and the Denmark national rugby league team, formed in November 2011 and granted observer status by the European Rugby League. [1] [2] In March 2024 the federation was expelled from the International Rugby League due to inactivity. [3]
The Niue national rugby league team represents Niue in rugby league football. The team played their first match in 1986, and their first Test match in 2013.
The Estonia national rugby league team represents Estonia in the sport of rugby league football. Estonia started competing in international rugby league in 2005. They have competed in several tournaments, including the Central Europe Development Tri-Nations and the European Bowl.

The Federazione Italiana Rugby League is the governing body for the sport of rugby league football in Italy. The association was formed in 2008. They acquired full membership status of the RLEF in March 2017. and of the RLIF in November 2017.
The Latvia Rugby League is the governing body for the sport of rugby league football in Latvia. The Association was formed in 2009. In March 2024, they were expelled from the IRL due to inactivity.

The Nordic Cup is a rugby league tournament played annually between Denmark national rugby league team, Norway and Sweden. It was first played in 2011, in which Denmark claimed the trophy with victory over Norway at Gladsaxe Stadium in Greater Copenhagen. For the first three years, the tournament was acknowledged by the Rugby League European Federation (RLEF), but the games were not recognised as full internationals. In 2014, the fixtures were played in accordance with RLEF regulations and recognised as full internationals.

They are administered by the French Rugby League Federation. With a victory over Serbia on 22 June 2024, France qualified for the 2026 Women's Rugby League World Cup.
