The Rugby League Federation Ghana is the governing body for the sport of rugby league in Ghana. The RLFG was formed on 6 April 2014. [1]

The Ghana national rugby league team represents Ghana in the sport of rugby league.

Coming into existence in 2012, the Ghanaian Rugby League project was started up by the Rugby League European Federation (RLEF) and UK Sport International’s programme after Rugby League 9s were introduced as a Category 3 Sport by the Commonwealth Sports Committee.

The Austrian national rugby league team are the national rugby league team of Austria. They were created to continue the spread of the game of rugby league football throughout Central Europe. The Russian Rugby League Federation became affiliated to the Rugby League International Federation in 1993. In 2003 the Russia became a full test nation in rugby league.

The Hellenic Federation of Rugby League, or simply Hellas Rugby League, was the governing body for the sport of rugby league football in Greece between 2013 and 2016. The association was founded in 2013 by Anastasios "Tasos" Pantazidis.

The 2020 Middle East-Africa Rugby League Championship was a planned international rugby league tournament that would have taken place in October 2020. It was intended to be the third MEA Championship, following the 2015 and 2019 tournaments. The competition was to be held at the Tuks Stadium in Pretoria, South Africa. The competition would have seen the return of Nigeria and Morocco from the 2019 edition, whilst Lebanon and South Africa who both participated in the 2015 edition were to again feature in the tournament. The Rugby League European Federation (RLEF) has announced that the tournament will continue henceforth on a two-year cycle, with the fourth tournament originally planned for 2022. In June 2020, the tournament was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The next edition of the tournament is to be held in 2022 in Ghana.

The Middle East-Africa Rugby League Championship (MEA) is a rugby league football competition for national teams from the Middle East and Africa which is organised by Middle East Africa Rugby League a sub-branch of the European Rugby League. The first tournament was held in 2015 as a part of the qualification process for the 2017 Rugby League World Cup, and was followed by tournaments in 2019 and 2020 with an expanded structure.
