Powelton Village is a neighborhood of mostly Victorian, mostly twin homes in the West Philadelphia section of the United States city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is a national historic district that is part of University City. It extends north from Market Street to Spring Garden Street, east to 32nd Street, west to 40th and Spring Garden Streets, and to 44th and Market Streets.
Brewerytown is a neighborhood in the North Philadelphia section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. An unofficial region, Brewerytown runs approximately between the Schuylkill River's eastern bank and 25th Street, bounded by Cecil B. Moore Avenue to the north and Parrish Street to the south. Brewerytown got its name because of the numerous breweries that were located along the Schuylkill during the late 19th century and early 20th century. It is now primarily a residential neighborhood, with a growing and active commercial sector along Girard Avenue.
Cobbs Creek is a neighborhood located in the West Philadelphia section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, named for the creek which forms part of Philadelphia's western border. Cobbs Creek is generally bounded by Market Street to the north, Baltimore Avenue to the south, 52nd Street to the east, and the border of Upper Darby along Cobbs Creek to the West.

The Old Library at West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA, is on the prominent corner of South Church Street and West Rosedale Avenue, marking the southwest corner of the Quad. Following the old tradition of the Quad, this 1902 building is made from serpentine rubble stone with a slate roof. The Department of Anthropology and Sociology, as well as the West Chester University Museum of Anthropology and Archaeology, are housed in this facility.

The district is densely filled with restored row houses, community gardens, and tree-lined streets and alleyways. The area dates to around the time of the Mexican–American War.
Haddington is a neighborhood in the West Philadelphia section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Its borders are defined as Haverford Avenue/Girard Avenue to the north, 52nd Street to the east, Market Street to the south, and 67th Street to the most western edge of the neighborhood. It is a largely African American community of mostly two-story rowhouses with a large proportion of elderly residents and a high home-ownership rate. Near the intersection of Vine Street and 56th Street, new construction and community facilities were built in the 1970s thanks to the Haddington Leadership Organization.
Front Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is a north–south street running parallel to and near the Delaware River. In 1682, when the city was laid out by William Penn, it was the first street surveyed and built in the new colony of Pennsylvania. As part of the King's Highway, which extended from Boston to Charleston, South Carolina, and as the waterfront of Philadelphia's port, it was the most important street in the city from its founding into the nineteenth century.

Thomas Beaver Free Library and Danville YMCA is a historic library and YMCA located at Danville, Montour County, Pennsylvania. The two attached buildings were built in 1886. They are 2+1⁄2-story, sandstone buildings with slate roofs in a combined Queen Anne / Second Empire style. The buildings feature an octagonal cupola, corbelled stone chimneys, a hipped roof tower, and terra cotta ornament.
Danville Historic District is a national historic district located in Danville, Montour County, Pennsylvania. It encompasses 291 contributing buildings, 3 contributing sites, and 1 contributing object in the central business district and surrounding residential areas of Danville. The buildings mostly date from the 1840s to the early 20th century. The district incorporates the previously listed and predominantly residential Danville West Market Street Historic District. Residential buildings are mostly of brick and frame construction, with some log and stone dwellings, and in a variety of architectural styles including Italianate, Federal, Queen Anne and Second Empire. It includes the separately listed General William Montgomery House and Thomas Beaver Free Library and Danville YMCA. Other notable non-residential buildings include the Montour County Courthouse (1871), Mahoning Presbyterian Church (1853), Pine Street Lutheran Church, Eli Trego Building, Heim Suspender Factory (1835), First Ward School, Bnai Zion Temple, and Jemima Donaldson's Cross Keys Tavern.
Parkway Center City Middle College is a historic vocational school located in the Callowhill neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is part of the School District of Philadelphia. The building was built in 1925–1927 and is a brick building in the Academic Gothic-style. Prior its current status Parkway CCMC was known Parkway Center City and was located at 1118 Market Street. The school served as a division of the former Parkway Program which was a school without walls program. Also, this building was the former Stoddart-Fleishcher Junior High School and later Middle School until it closed in June, 2003.

Parkway West High School is a public magnet high school located in the Mill Creek neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It shares a site with the Middle Years Alternative School for the Humanities (MYA). Both schools are part of the School District of Philadelphia.
Warner Theater, also known as The High Street Theater, was a historic movie theater located in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was designed by the noted Chicago theater design firm of Rapp and Rapp and built by Warner Brothers. It opened on November 14, 1930. It is a composite of one-, two-, and three-story buildings in the Art Deco style. It includes the theater, restaurant, and a series of seven small stores. The theater has a two-story foyer with a three-story tower that formerly supported the marquee. The auditorium measured 83 feet by 120 feet, and originally sat 1,650, 1,300 on the floor and 350 in the balcony. The auditorium was demolished in late 1986, and the remainder of the building has been renovated as the Hotel Warner.
William Everhart Buildings, also known as the Everhart-Lincoln Building, is a historic commercial building located in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was built by Congressman William Everhart (1785-1868) about 1833, and is a three-story, three bay, rectangular brick building in the Federal style. It measures 40 feet long and between 20 and 25 feet wide. The front facade features a hipped roof second story wrought iron porch added in 1868. The building housed a number of printing concerns, most notably newspapers. It was the printing house where Abraham Lincoln's first biography was published on February 11, 1860, as an article in the Chester County Times.
West Chester Downtown Historic District is a national historic district located in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It encompasses 3,137 contributing buildings in West Chester. It includes residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings built between 1789 and the 1930s. Notable buildings include the U.S. Post Office, Green Tree Building (1933), St. Agnes Church (1851), Biddle Street School (1917), Major Groff Memorial Armory, Horticulture Building (1848) designed by Thomas U. Walter, Denney-Reyburn factory, Caleb Taylor Store, Federal Ehne's Bakery, Kofke's Store, and Woolworth (1928). Also listed and located in the district are the Bank of Chester County, Buckwalter Building, Chester County Courthouse, Farmers and Mechanics Building, and Warner Theater.
Main Street Methodist Church, also known as the Main Street United Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist church located at Danville, Virginia. It was built between 1865 and 1873, and is a scored stucco over brick, Romanesque Revival style porch. It features an elaborate 87 feet (27 m) tall, corner bell tower that dates from an 1890-1891 church enlargement and remodeling. A complementary flanking educational building was added in 1923. It is known locally as the "Mother Church of Methodism in Danville."
Chester County History Center (CCHC), formerly the Chester County Historical Society, is a nonprofit historical society, founded in 1893, dedicated to collecting, preserving, and exhibiting the history of Chester County, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. The History Center is located at 225 North High Street in downtown West Chester.
