Dave Boliek (born 1967 or 1968) [1] is an American politician from North Carolina. He is the North Carolina State Auditor.

Boliek earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) and a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from Campbell University. [1] He was elected to the board of trustees for UNC in 2019 and was reelected in 2023. [2]

Boliek ran for state auditor in the 2024 elections. [3] In the Republican Party primary election, Boliek and accountant Jack Clark advanced to a runoff election, [4] where Boliek defeated Clark. [5] He won the November general election against incumbent auditor Jessica Holmes. [6]
