Eureka Tower is a 297.3 m (975 ft) skyscraper located in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Construction began in August 2002 and the exterior was completed on 1 June 2006. The plaza was finished in June 2006 and the building was officially opened on 11 October 2006. The project was designed by Melbourne architectural firm Fender Katsalidis Architects and was built by Grocon. The developer of the tower was Eureka Tower Pty Ltd, a joint venture consisting of Daniel Grollo (Grocon), investor Tab Fried and one of the Tower's architects Nonda Katsalidis. It was the world's tallest residential tower when measured to its highest floor, until surpassed by Ocean Heights and the HHHR Tower in Dubai. From 2006 to 2019, it was the tallest building in Melbourne, until the topping out of Australia 108. It is currently the third tallest building in Australia, behind the Q1 in Queensland and Australia 108, as well as the second tallest to roof behind the latter skyscraper. As of 2016 it was the 15th tallest residential building in the world.
Levent is a neighbourhood and one of the main business districts of Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European side of the city. It is a part of the municipality of Beşiktaş and is situated to the north of the Golden Horn, at the western shore of the Bosphorus strait.
Maslak is one of the main business districts of Sarıyer, Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European side of the city. It was formerly an exclave of the municipality of Şişli, though being far north and actually closer to the municipalities of Sarıyer and Beşiktaş. Therefore, a legislation was approved by the Interior Commission of the Turkish Parliament on October 18, 2012, that shifted the jurisdiction of the Maslak district from Şişli to Sarıyer.
The Marina Torch, also known as Dubai Torch, Dubai Torch Tower, and The Torch, is a residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is 352 metres (1,155 ft) tall, with 86 floors above ground, and was the tallest residential building in the world on its completion in 2011, surpassing Q1 in Gold Coast, Australia.
Kanyon is a multi-purpose complex located on the Büyükdere Avenue in the Levent business district of Istanbul, Turkey. Opened on 6 June 2006, it unites a 160-store shopping mall, a 30-floor office tower and a 22-floor residential block with 179 residential apartments into a complex undulating around a dramatic architectural “canyon”. The total construction area of the project is 250,000 m2, with 30,000 m2 of rentable office area, 37,500 m2 of rentable retail area, 180 residential flats, 160 stores, 9 theater halls with a capacity of 1,600 spectators, and a parking facility for 2,300 vehicles. Each floor of the office tower has a total usable office space of 1,167 m2. The complex rises on an area of 29,427 m2.
Dubai Towers - Doha is a super-tall skyscraper with a roof height of 400 m (1,300 ft) developing in Doha, Qatar. The estimated cost of Dubai Towers - Doha is 2.3 billion Qatari Riyal. When completed, the structure will be the tallest building in Qatar.
The Index is a 328 m (1,076 ft) tall, 80-storey skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Of the 80 floors, the first four floors are service floors, 5th–29th are to be offices and 31st–77th are residential use, 73rd and 75th floors are duplex penthouses and 77th to 80th floor are triplex penthouses. The tower is oriented exactly along the east–west axis so that the eastern and western concrete cores shelter the floors from the harsh, desert sun and the climatic effects of the area. The concrete cores shelter the building from the low angle, highly penetrating morning and evening sun leaving only the south facade exposed to the high angle, low penetrating midday sun. The south-facing facade utilizes extensive sun shades to lower solar gain.

Standing 101 stories high and 425 m (1,394 ft) tall, it is the second tallest building in the United Arab Emirates, behind only the Burj Khalifa. As of 2022, Marina 101 is also the 32nd-tallest building in the world.
Diamond of Istanbul is the tallest building under construction in Istanbul, Turkey, being built on the Büyükdere Avenue in the city's Maslak central business district of Sarıyer. It is also the country's first steel skyscraper. When completed, it will rise 63 floors above ground level and reach an above-ground height of 311 meters; thus surpassing the current tallest skyscraper in Istanbul, the 302m Istanbul Sapphire in Levent.

The 52-floor Isbank Tower 1 is the tallest of the three skyscrapers of the Türkiye İş Bankası headquarters in Levent, Istanbul. It was formerly the tallest skyscraper in Turkey and the Balkan peninsula. It entered service with the ceremonies between August 23 and 26, 2000.
Złota 44 is a residential skyscraper in central Warsaw, Poland. It was designed by Polish-American architect Daniel Libeskind, in association with Polish architects Architecture. It was developed by US real estate investment manager Amstar and Warsaw developer BBI Development, which bought the topped-out but unfinished building from its initial developer, ORCO.
The Pentominium is a 122-storey, 516 m (1,693 ft) supertall skyscraper on hold in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction on the tower has been halted since August 2011. It was designed by Andrew Bromberg of architects Aedas and funded by Trident International Holdings. The AED 1.46 billion construction contract was awarded to Arabian Construction Company (ACC).
The Al Fattan Marine Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7,000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina. The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners. Both towers stand at a height of 245 m (804 ft) and a roof height of 230 m (755 ft), and are the tallest buildings in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Construction of both towers was completed in 2006. Following completion the developer, Al Fattan Properties LLC built a 12-storey office and retail building on an adjacent plot between the towers and Dubai Marina restricting views of the marina from the towers. In 2012 Al Fattan commenced construction of two high-rise towers on the beach in front of the towers which will largely restrict seaviews from Al Fattan Marine Towers. Al Fattan had earlier demolished a 10-story hotel on the site, the Oasis Hotel, which it had built about a decade earlier. Originally Al Fattan proposed to build a mega 97-tower building on the site to be called Burj Al Fattan, however a subsequent decision was made to split the development into two high-rise towers. The exact number of floors is not known as there has been no public disclosure of the project.
Emirates Crown is a 63-floor residential tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Bin Shafar Holding and designed by Design & Architecture Bureau. The tower has a structural height of 296 m (971 ft). Construction of the Emirates Crown began in 2005, and was completed in 2008. Upon completion, it stood as the sixth-tallest building in Dubai, and 45th-tallest building in the world. As of 2022, it is the 26th-tallest building in Dubai.
World One is a 280.2 m (919 ft), 76 floor skyscraper in Mumbai, India. As of 2022, it is the tallest completed building in India, though the currently structurally topped out Piramal Aranya Arav at 282.2 m (926 ft) and the topped out Palais Royale at 320 m (1,050 ft) are both taller. It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group.
Four, also known as Four Frankfurt, is a major, luxury mixed-use skyscraper project in Frankfurt, consisting of a complex of four skyscrapers under construction. It is located in the area known as the Deutsche Bank triangle in the Innenstadt borough. The tallest skyscraper will have a height of 233 metres (764 ft), making it Europe's largest residential tower by occupied floor space. Germany's largest building, the Commerzbank Tower is larger by building height but not when measured by occupied floor space height. By total building height it is both Frankfurt and Germany's third-tallest building upon its estimated completion in 2023. Dutch star-architect and student of Zaha Hadid, Ben van Berkel has designed and developed the building.
Seascape is a residential skyscraper currently under construction in Auckland, New Zealand. When completed in 2024, it will be the tallest residential building in New Zealand, surpassing the 178.7-metre-tall (586 ft) The Pacifica. The building will overlook Auckland city and the surrounding Waitematā Harbour at 187 metres (614 ft) and 56 floors in height. It is set to cost NZ$300 million to complete.
