DAMAC Residenze, formerly named DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights 2, is an 85-storey, 335 m (1,099 ft), supertall skyscraper in Dubai Marina, Dubai. It is the second supertall project by DAMAC Properties, the first being Ocean Heights, which is also located in Dubai Marina. The building overlooks the Palm Jumeirah.
Meraas Tower was a supertall skyscraper 485 m (1,968 ft) tall, which was proposed to be constructed in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai. When completed it would have been one of the tallest skyscrapers in Dubai. The tower design had a series of faceted surfaces that would help light and air travel throughout the building. The faceted shapes were projected to maximize energy generation, balance natural light, and offer 360-degree views of the city below. They also would create natural atrium spaces as the building ascended, allowing the creation of naturally lit sky gardens. Exposing the intermediate floors would have made it seem as if the structure was composed of four smaller towers stacked one on top of another. Tower was to include 300,000 square meters of hotel, convention, commercial and retail spaces.

As of 2023, it is the second tallest completed building in India..It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group.
Lokhandwala Minerva is a 301 m (988 ft), 78-floor supertall skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As of 2023, it is the tallest completed building in India. It has two towers of 78 floors, each of which encompass parking floors from level 5 to 13, two triple-heighted levels with World Class Amenities from floors 14th to 19th, 5-heighted open-to-sky Podium Landscape Gardens on the 20th floor with 2 Banquet Halls through floors 20 to 24 and a service level on the 25th floor, residential floors from 26th to 76th, and two penthouses from floors 76 to 78. There is a transfer girder on level 50 and a service level right above that on level 51, dividing the tower into two separate configurations: 3 BHK's below and 4 BHK's above.
Purbachal New Town Project or formerly Purbachal Residential Model Town is the biggest planned township in Bangladesh. The project area consists of about 6,227 acres land located in between the Shitalakhya and the Balu River at Rupganj thana of Narayanganj District and at Kaliganj Thana of Gazipur District, in the northeastern side of Dhaka. The Township will be linked with twelve-lane expressway from the Airport Road/Pragati swarani crossing.
6 & 8 Parramatta Square is a skyscraper in Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia, a centrepiece of the Parramatta Square development. The building consists entirely of commercial office space, making up 120,000 square metres (1,300,000 sq ft) of floorspace, at a height of 225.45 metres (739.7 ft), making it the tallest building in Parramatta and outside the Sydney central business district. It was built in the Parramatta Square Development on plot 8 called PSQ8.
Haeundae LCT The Sharp is a major urban development project in Jung-dong, Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. Located in front of Haeundae Beach, it consists of a 411.6 m (1,350 ft), 101-floor supertall landmark tower and two 85-floor residential skyscrapers. It has an urban entertainment complex at the base housing a shopping mall, a hot spring spa and a water park. The landmark tower houses luxury and residential hotels with a convention center and an observatory.
The St. Regis Chicago, formerly Wanda Vista Tower, is a 101-story, 1,198 ft (365 m) supertall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. Construction started in August 2016, and was completed in 2020. Upon completion it became the city's third-tallest building at 1,198 ft (365 m), surpassing the Aon Center. It is the tallest structure in the world designed by a woman. It forms a part of the Lakeshore East development and overlooks the Chicago River near Lake Michigan.
Marina 106, also known as the 106 Tower, is a supertall residential skyscraper, partially constructed but currently on hold, in Dubai, UAE. The building is planned to rise 450 m (1,480 ft) in the Dubai Marina, with 106 floors. The building was originally planned to be completed in 2019. Marina 106 was designed by the National Engineering Bureau, and is being developed by London Gate.
The Exchange 106 (Malay: Menara Exchange 106, formerly known as the TRXSignature Tower, is a 453.6-meter-tall supertall skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the second-tallest building in Malaysia and the third-tallest building in Southeast Asia. The 397.3-meter building is topped with an 11-story high illuminated crown, giving it a total height of 453.6 m. It is also the second largest skyscraper in Malaysia by floor area with 453,835 m2. The tower has a net lettable area of 240,000 square metres. It is also the centerpiece of the new Tun Razak Exchange financial district.
Sikder Group is a family-owned Bangladeshi business conglomerate. Zainul Haque Sikder founded the group in the early 1950s, and was its chairman at his death in 2021. His sons, Rick Haque Sikder and Ron Haque Sikder, are directors of the Sikder Group.

It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.
