Dalian Greenland Center is a skyscraper under construction in Dalian, Liaoning, China. It is expected to have 88 floors and be 518 m tall. The anticipated completion date is currently unknown. [1] When built, Dalian Greenland Center will become the tallest building in Dalian.
The Jin Mao Tower, also known as the Jinmao Building or Jinmao Tower, is a 420.5-meter-tall (1,380 ft), 88-story landmark skyscraper in Lujiazui, Pudong, Shanghai, China. It contains a shopping mall, offices and the Grand Hyatt Shanghai hotel which starts from the 53rd floor, which at the time of completion was the highest hotel in the world. Along with the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Shanghai Tower it is part of the Lujiazui skyline seen from the Bund. It was the tallest building in China from its completion in 1999 until 2007, when it was surpassed by the Shanghai World Financial Center which is located close by. The Shanghai Tower, a 128-story building located next to these two buildings, surpassed the height of both these buildings in 2015, creating the world's first trio of adjacent supertall skyscrapers.
The Shanghai World Financial Center is a supertall skyscraper located in the Pudong district of Shanghai. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by the Mori Building Company, with Leslie E. Robertson Associates as its structural engineer and China State Construction Engineering Corp and Shanghai Construction (Group) General Co. as its main contractor. It is a mixed-use skyscraper, consisting of offices, hotels, conference rooms, observation decks, ground-floor shopping malls. Park Hyatt Shanghai is the tower's hotel component, comprising 174 rooms and suites occupying the 79th to the 93rd floors, which at the time of completion was the highest hotel in the world. It is now the third-highest hotel in the world after the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, which occupies floors 102 to 118 of the International Commerce Centre.
Zifeng Tower is a 450-meter (1,480 ft) supertall skyscraper in Nanjing, Jiangsu. The 66-story building completed in 2010 comprises retail and office. Floors 49–71 feature a hotel, numerous restaurants, and a public observatory. The tower's stepping is functional; office, hotel, and retail are located above grade, while the restaurants and the public observatory are housed at the top of the tower. The building is currently the tallest in Nanjing and Jiangsu province, the eleventh tallest in China and the twentieth tallest in the world.

Goldin Finance 117, also known as China 117 Tower, is a supertall unfinished skyscraper in Xiqing District, Tianjin, China. The tower was topped out in 2015 at a height of 597 m. It has 128 storeys above ground, with 117 of them housing, hotel, and commercial space, which provides the source of the building’s name. Designed by P&T Group, construction began in 2008 but was twice halted. As of August 2024, it remains unfinished and unoccupied.
The Chongqing World Financial Center, also known as Global Financial Building is a late-modernist supertall skyscraper in Chongqing, China. The 339-meter (1,112 ft)-tall office tower contain 79 floors. The skyscraper was first proposed in 2007 and broke ground in 2010. Construction of the glass and steel-building was completed in 2014. Upon completion, it was the tallest building in Chongqing, and has been surpassed by the Chongqing International Trade and Commerce Center in 2017.

Both towers are 284 m (932 ft) tall with 63 floors. The China International Silk Road Center is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. The original design called for a 501-meter (1,644 ft)-tall building, but the height was changed to 498-meter (1,634 ft) because of new skyscraper regulations in China. The skyscraper will be the tallest in Xi'an. It is being developed by Chinese developer Greenland Group.

The tower will be 428 metres (1,404.2 ft) tall and will become the tallest building in the Shandong Province. As of March 2021, the tower is already over 339 metres (1,112 ft) tall making it the tallest building in Jinan surpassing the 333-metre (1,093 ft) tall Jinan Center Financial City A5-3, the city's current tallest.
