[4] At the time, the donation was the second largest donation in the university's history. [5]

The medical school will be housed in an 80,000 square foot building, [1] located in Uptown Pittsburgh. [6] The projected cost of the building was 150 million. [4] The campus includes a simulation hospital, with a 3-bed emergency department, an intensive care unit, an operating room, a labor and delivery room, an ultrasound lab, and 12 outpatient exam rooms. [7]
