Noyelles-sous-Lens is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in northern France. It is 3 km (2 mi) east of the centre of Lens.
Connemara (Irish: Conamara[ˌkʊnˠəˈmˠaɾˠə]) is a region on the Atlantic coast of western County Galway, in the west of Ireland. The area has a strong association with traditional Irish culture and contains much of the Connacht Irish-speaking Gaeltacht, which is a key part of the identity of the region and is the largest Gaeltacht in the country. Historically, Connemara was part of the territory of Iar Connacht. Geographically, it has many mountains, peninsulas, coves, islands and small lakes. Connemara National Park is in the northwest. It is mostly rural and its largest settlement is Clifden.
Clifden is a coastal town in County Galway, Ireland, in the region of Connemara, located on the Owenglin River where it flows into Clifden Bay. As the largest town in the region, it is often referred to as "the Capital of Connemara". Frequented by tourists, Clifden is linked to Galway city by the N59.
Ballynahinch or Ballinahinch is a village in County Galway in the west of Ireland. It is situated close to Recess, on the road from Recess to Roundstone. It also lies on the route of the former railway line from Galway city to Clifden. The name comes from the Irish Baile na hInse meaning settlement of the island.
Highdown Hill is a hill in the South Downs, with a height of 81 metres (266 ft). The summit of the hill and its western slopes lie in the parish of Ferring in the Arun district, while its eastern slopes lie in the borough of Worthing. It is a popular spot for picnickers, dog-walkers and local riders. It overlooks Littlehampton, Angmering, Ferring and Worthing with views, when the weather is good, east as far as the Seven Sisters and west to the Isle of Wight. It is the property of the National Trust. To the north the ancient hill forts of Cissbury Ring and Chanctonbury Ring can be seen, and the remains of an ancient hill fort exist on the summit of Highdown Hill. Highdown Hill is the traditional burial-place of the kings of Sussex.
Lugnaquilla, at 925 metres (3,035 ft), is the 11th–highest peak in Ireland on the Arderin list, and 13th–highest on the Vandeleur-Lynam list, and the highest Irish mountain outside of Kerry. Lugnaquilla is the highest point in Wicklow, and in the province of Leinster. Lugnaquilla is in the Wicklow Mountains, and overlooks the Glen of Imaal to the west and Glenmalure to the east.
Ballyconneely is a village and small ribbon development in west Connemara, County Galway Ireland.
Roundstone is a village on the west coast of Ireland, in the Connemara region of County Galway. Lying opposite the island of Inishnee on Roundstone Bay, by road it is 76.3 kilometres (47.4 mi) northwest of Galway and 18 kilometres (11 mi) southeast of Clifden. Known as a haven for people in the creative arts, it hosts an annual regatta in July.

Gurteen Beach, located in Roundstone, County Galway, in the Connemara region of the west of Ireland, lies back-to-back with Dog's Bay. The two beaches were formed by a sand spit and tombolo which now separates the two bays known as Gurteen Bay and Dog's Bay. The name Gurteen derives from the Irish Goirtín meaning small plot or small field.
Inishnee is a small island off the shore of Ireland, in Roundstone Bay near the village of Roundstone in Connemara in County Galway. The island is equipped with a lighthouse. As of 2011, it had a population of 43.
Mullaghcleevaun at 849 metres (2,785 ft), is the 15th–highest peak in Ireland on the Arderin scale, and the 20th–highest peak on the Vandeleur-Lynam scale. Mullaghcleevaun is in the central sector of the Wicklow Mountains range, in Wicklow, Ireland; it is the 2nd highest peak in Wicklow after Lugnaquilla. Mullaghcleevaun lies on the main "central spine" of the whole range that runs from Kippure in the north, to Lugnaquillia in the south; and in particular, it lies on the continuous "central boggy ridge" that runs from the Sally Gap to Tonelagee.
Binn idir an Dá Log, sometimes anglicized Benadolug, at 702 metres (2,303 ft), is the highest of the Maumturk Mountains in Connemara in County Galway, Ireland. It is at the middle of the long north-west to south-east central spine of the range. The summit is the 87th-highest peak in Ireland on the Arderin list, and the 108th-highest on the Vandeleur-Lynam list.
Corrigasleggaun at 794 metres (2,605 ft), is the 35th–highest peak in Ireland on the Arderin scale, and the 45th–highest peak on the Vandeleur-Lynam scale. Corrigasleggaun is situated in the southwestern sector of the Wicklow Mountains range, and is part of the large massif of Lugnaquilla 925 metres (3,035 ft), Wicklow's highest mountain. Corrigasleggaun lies at the head of the glen of the easterly flowing Carrawaystick River, which includes the scenic corrie lake of Kelly's Lough near its summit, and Carrawaystick Mountain at its base. Corrigasleggaun also lies alongside Lugnaquilla's South Prison, from which the River Ow flows south to the Aghavannagh Bridge.
Benleagh at 689 metres (2,260 ft), does not have the prominence to qualify as an Arderin, but its prominence does allow it to rank as the 125th–highest peak on the Vandeleur-Lynam scale. Benlagh is situated in the southern sector of the Wicklow Mountains, and is part of the large massif of Lugnaquilla 925 metres (3,035 ft), Wicklow's highest mountain.
Carrigvore at 682 metres (2,238 ft), is the 111th–highest peak in Ireland on the Arderin scale, and the 134th–highest peak on the Vandeleur-Lynam scale. Carrigvore is in the middle section of the Wicklow Mountains, in Ireland, and is part of a large north-east to south-west "boggy ridge" that runs from the Sally Gap to Carrigvore, and then on to Gravale 718 metres (2,356 ft); after a col, the ridge continues south-westwards to meet Duff Hill 720 metres (2,360 ft), which is part of the larger massif of Mullaghcleevaun 849 metres (2,785 ft).
