Perimeter College at Georgia State University is a college of Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Georgia Perimeter College was originally a public community college founded by an Atlanta area county board of education before merging with Georgia State University in 2016 to create one of the largest universities in the United States with over 50,000 students. The Perimeter College (PC) campuses became components of Georgia State University, still maintaining their own mission, degrees, and admittance requirements, separate from those of the main campus. Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës, also Aleksandër Moisiu University or University of Durrës, is the newest public academic institution of the Republic of Albania. The University is located in the ancient city of Durrës. The university was founded on 20 December 2005 by the Albanian Government. It was inaugurated in 2006 and is using the American system of education, unlike the rest of the public universities in the country. More than 1,300 students started classes as of 2 October 2006. University of Durrës took its name from Austrian-Italian actor Aleksandër Moisiu, who was of Albanian descent. The rector is Kseanela Sotirofski.

Joshua Friedman is an American journalist who worked 32 years for newspapers and won a Pulitzer Prize in 1985. He formerly chaired the Committee to Protect Journalists and directed International Programs at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. At the journalism school he also directed the Maria Moors Cabot Prize, inaugurated in 1939, which annually recognizes outstanding coverage of the Americas by journalists based there. He worked at Columbia as either full-time or adjunct faculty since 1992. European Journalism Centre (EJC) and the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA), established the annual GIPA-Friedman prize in 2012 to honor the excellence in journalism in the South Caucasus country. Friedman is on the board of the committee to Protect Journalists and served as an early chair of CPJ. He is on the advisory board of the Dart Center on Journalism and Trauma. Friedman currently serves as vice-chair at the Carey Institute for Global Good and is also on the advisory board of the institute's Nonfiction Program.

LeBron Fairbanks is a leadership consultant, an adjunct professor at Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary, and a retired American ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene who is President emeritus of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, President emeritus of Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary, and who served the Church of the Nazarene as the Education Commissioner from March 2008 to September 2011. Additionally, Fairbanks was an editor in the Church Schools Department of the Church of the Nazarene in Kansas City, Missouri; Academic Dean of European Nazarene Bible College in Busingen, Germany (1978–1982); Associate Professor of Christian Education and Lay Ministry Development, and Coordinator of the Master of Ministry program at Bethany Nazarene College (1982–1984); the 2nd President of Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APNTS) in Taytay, Rizal, the Philippines from September 1984 to July 1989; and the 5th President of Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU) in Mount Vernon, Ohio, for over 17 years from July 1989 until his retirement on January 31, 2007. Fairbanks founded and has served as the director of BoardServe LLC, "a consulting service for governing boards and their leaders", since 2011.
The Surrey international Institute is an academic partnership between the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE) in Dalian, and the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom. The University of Surrey, Guildford, is one of the UK's leading research universities. It has over 16,000 students on its campus at Guildford and one substantial offshore presence in China, the Surrey International Institute (SII). This was established in 2006 as an academic joint venture with Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE), one of China's leading universities, which has over 12,500 undergraduate and postgraduate students and in based in Dalian in Liaoning Province of China.

Borno State University is in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. It was established in 2016. It has five faculties with over 20 departments. The pioneer and current vice chancellor of the university is Prof. Umar Kyari Sandabe. In June 2021, the university's senate building was inaugurated by Muhammadu Buhari, former president of Nigeria.
