Florence Apartments is a historic apartment building located at Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1908, and is a six-story, U-shaped building with Colonial Revival style design details. It has a steel and concrete structure with exterior limestone on the first and second stories and brick above. The front facade features two three-story rectangular bays clad in pressed metal and the main entrance is surrounded by two Tuscan order columns supporting an entablature inscribed with the name "Florence." It was the first multi-story apartment building in Scranton. [2]

The Carl Mackley Houses, also originally known as Juniata Park Housing, is a private apartment complex in the Juniata neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Built in 1933–1934 as single-family apartments, it opened in 1935. The project was sponsored by the American Federation of Full Fashioned Hosiery Workers, with financing by the Housing Division of the Public Works Administration, of which it was the first funded project. The complex was named for a striking hosiery worker killed by non-union workers during the H.C. Aberle Company strike in 1930.
The Verona Apartments is an apartment building located in the Cass Corridor in Detroit, Michigan. The central section is located at 96 W. Ferry. The East and West wings are located at 92 W. Ferry and 100 W. Ferry, respectively. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. The Verona Apartments are now owned and leased by Cass and Ferry Apartments.
