Franklin is an unincorporated community in the town of Herman in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, United States. [1] Franklin is located at the intersection of County M and the Sheboygan River [2] about 1 mile (1 km) from Lakeland College. The Franklin Feed Mill is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The town hall for Herman is located inside the community.

Herman is a town in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,044 at the 2000 census. It is included in the Sheboygan, Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area. The unincorporated communities of Ada, Edwards, and Franklin are located in the town.
Sheboygan County is a county in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It is named after the Sheboygan River. As of the 2010 census, the population was 115,507. Its county seat is Sheboygan. The county was created in 1836 and organized in 1846. At the time, it was located in the Wisconsin Territory.
