The Vietnamese television mystery music game show Hidden Voices [1] [2] premiered the fourth season on HTV7 on 27 July 2019. [3] For the linear television broadcasts, it was aired for 15 weeks, [4] which would later extend to 26 weeks that released 11 unaired episodes on various YouTube channels. [5]
Under the battle format, both opponents can eliminate one singer each in a single round, and then both can choose one singer each to join the final performance in the final round. At the end of the game, the conditions for winning mystery singers chosen by opposing guest artists, depending on the outcome of each final performance, if:
If a guest artist has chosen a good singer, he/she wins ₫50,000,000. In case of a tie (with both two opponents have chosen good singers), the same amount is halved, leaving with ₫25,000,000 each. Both winning singers, regardless of being good or bad, receive ₫10,000,000 each.
Each episode presents the opposing guest artists with seven people whose identities and singing voices are kept concealed until they are eliminated to perform on the "stage of truth" or remain in the end to perform the final duet.

Bùi Thị Phương Thanh, is a Vietnamese contemporary singer. She is one of the most renowned singers from Vietnam. Thanh is known for her diverse styles, especially when performing on stage. She also possesses a unique, unusual singing voice, gaining her recognition throughout the Vietnamese community as well as the music business.
The Voice of Vietnam is a reality television singing competition created by John de Mol. It premiered in Vietnam in July 2012 on Vietnam Television. The fifth season of The Voice Kids of Vietnam- Giọng hát Việt nhí began on 12 August 2017 on VTV3. Vũ Cát Tường returned for her second season as a coach, while Noo Phước Thịnh, Đông Nhi and Ông Cao Thắng were replaced by singers Soobin Hoàng Sơn, Hương Tràm, and Tiên Cookie, respectively.

The seventh season of The Voice Kids of Vietnam – Giọng hát Việt nhí began on 20 July 2019 on VTV3. All three duo coaches and the main host did not return, leaving the panel to be entirely renewed this season. On 12 June 2019, it was announced that former host and The Voice season 4 Ali Hoàng Dương would return, this time as a coach alongside former music executive Lưu Thiên Hương as a new duo coach; whereas former coach Dương Khắc Linh would return with singer Phạm Quỳnh Anh. Musician Dương Cầm and 2018 Miss International Queen Hương Giang joined the show as a new duo coach, while actresses Gil Lê and Khả Ngân also debuted as hosts. The previous season's coach, Hồ Hoài Anh, once again became the show's music executive.

Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Grand Vietnam beauty pageant. It was held on 1 October 2022 in Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Đoàn Thiên Ân of Long An was crowned the first ever Miss Grand Vietnam at the end of the event. She represented the country at Miss Grand International 2022, placing in the top 20.
The first season of The Masked Singer Vietnam aired on HTV2 and VieON from July 16 to November 19, 2022. The winner of this season was Ngọc Mai, a singer and vocal coach who is in the mascot "O Sen ", while runner-up belonged to Hà Trần with the mascot "Phượng Hoàng Lửa " and third place belonged to Myra Trần with the mascot "Lady Mây ".
The second season of The Masked Singer Vietnam premiered on HTV2 and VieON on 4 August 2023. The winner of this season was Anh Tú with the mascot "Voi Bản Đôn ", while runner-up belonged to Orange with the mascot "Ong Bây Bi " and third place belonged to Hương Lan with the mascot "Cú Tây Bắc ".
