The High Country Tour was a concert tour by American heavy metal band the Sword. Staged in support of the band's 2015 fifth studio album High Country , the tour visited venues worldwide in 2015 and 2016. Comprising six legs and 111 shows, the tour began in Trondheim, Norway at the Pstereo Festival on August 21, 2015 and concluded on May 28, 2016 in Dallas, Texas.
The opening European leg of the High Country Tour was detailed in tandem with the official announcement of the album on June 2, 2015, with the news also stating that the band would continue touring throughout 2015 and 2016. [1] A few days before the release of the album and the beginning of the tour, two legs of North American dates were added starting on October 9, 2015 in Dallas, including appearances at the festivals Knotfest and Aftershock; support acts were announced as Kadavar and All Them Witches for the first leg, and Royal Thunder for the second. [2] In December 2015, a leg of eight concerts in Australia and New Zealand in February 2016 with the support acts American Sharks and Clowns was announced. [3] The two final legs of the tour, both taking place in North America in Spring 2016, were announced in late January 2016. Royal Thunder returned as the support act for the first leg while the Sword was supported by Purson for the second leg. [4]

The New Moon Rising World Tour, also referred to as the Cosmic Egg Tour, was a concert tour by Australian rock band Wolfmother. The tour began on 17 September 2009 with a seven-show leg in Australia, followed by a short European tour in October, a North American leg comprising 24 shows and initially called for a second European leg in 2010. This was followed by an eleven show run in Australia, supporting AC/DC. The band then returned to North America, playing Lollapalooza and various other venues, including two shows in Mexico, and toured Asia and Australia in fall 2010. In early 2011, the band played the Big Day Out festivals in Australia and New Zealand. The tour then culminated after a round of festival and headlining dates in Europe over the summer, and went the studio to commence work on a third studio album. The tour was in support of the band's second album Cosmic Egg, and was the first to be completed by the four-piece lineup of the band formed in January 2009 after the original trio's breakup in August 2008.
The Avenged Sevenfold Tour was a concert tour by American heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold between 2007 and 2009, promoting their album Avenged Sevenfold. It was the band's last tour with the drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan who died on December 28, 2009.
The Warp Riders Tour is a 2010–2011 worldwide concert tour by American heavy metal band the Sword. Beginning on October 1, 2010 in the United States, the tour is in promotion of the band's upcoming 2010 third album Warp Riders, released on August 24, 2010. Following the United States leg of the tour, the band joined Soundwave, a travelling music festival, in Australia in 2011. They will then perform an additional 12 shows in Europe. Prior to the tour, the band supported Metallica on their continuing World Magnetic Tour in September, and during the tour they also performed at the Austin City Limits Festival, between October 8 and October 10.

The Apocryphon Tour was a worldwide concert tour by American heavy metal band the Sword, in promotion of the band's 2012 fourth studio album Apocryphon. Beginning on October 29, 2012 in the United States, it is currently scheduled for nine legs with 163 shows in total, visiting countries in North America, Europe and Australasia. The Apocryphon Tour is the band's first full concert tour without original drummer Trivett Wingo, who left early into the Warp Riders Tour, and is also the first with current drummer Santiago "Jimmy" Vela III, who replaced Kevin Fender in October 2011.

The No Exit Tour was a 1998–1999 worldwide concert tour by American new wave band Blondie to promote their revival and reformation as a band and their latest album No Exit, which was released during the tour. The tour marked the band's first live performances in 16 years, save for small festival appearances in 1997.

The tour was in support of their sixth studio album Painkiller (2014), and began on November 8, 2014, in Youngstown, Ohio. It concluded on November 21, 2015, in Spokane, Washington. Little Big Town consists of Karen Fairchild, Jimi Westbrook, Kimberly Schalpman and Philip Sweet.

The Crushin' It World Tour was the tenth headlining concert tour by American country music singer Brad Paisley and is in support of his tenth studio album Moonshine in the Trunk (2014). It began on May 15, 2015, in Camden, New Jersey and finished on March 12, 2016, in Bloomington, Illinois. The tour played through amphitheaters and festivals across the United States and Canada.
The DCX MMXVI World Tour was the fifth headlining concert tour from American country music trio Dixie Chicks. It started on April 16, 2016, in Antwerp, Belgium and finished on April 18, 2017, in London, Ontario, Canada. The tour was the first time in ten years the band had toured the United States and Australia as a headlining act. It was the first time the band performed in New Zealand. For the shows in 2017, the tour was renamed the DCX MMXVII World Tour. This was the last tour where they were known as the Dixie Chicks.
The Gypsy Caravan Tour was a worldwide concert tour by Australian hard rock band Wolfmother. Staged in promotion of their 2016 fourth studio album Victorious and named after a song on the album, it is visiting clubs and theatres throughout 2016. The tour began with a North American leg starting in Minneapolis on 24 February, which will be followed by a run of shows in Europe from 8 April. In the summer, the band will perform at a number of festivals in the United States, including Rock on the Range in Columbus, Ohio.
The Ripcord World Tour was the tenth headlining concert tour by New Zealand-born Australian country music singer Keith Urban, in support of his ninth studio album Ripcord (2016). The tour began on 2 June 2016 in Bonner Springs, Kansas and concluded on 17 December 2016 with two shows in Brisbane, Australia. Brett Eldredge, Maren Morris, and Dallas Smith all served as supporting acts for Urban in North America. The Oceania leg of the tour was co-headlined with American singer Carrie Underwood, with Buchanan as opening act.
The Resist Tour was a concert tour by Dutch symphonic metal band Within Temptation, in support of their seventh album Resist which was released on 1 February 2019. The tour began on 11 October 2018 in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, and visited seventeen countries in Europe. The supporting acts for the first leg were bands Beyond the Black and Ego Kill Talent. For 2019, the band toured North America alongside In Flames and performed at both select European summer festivals and special open air shows with selected guests. The band was scheduled to perform a second round of summer festivals in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic the festivals had to be cancelled.
