Hopea ferrea is a species of tree in the family Dipterocarpaceae. It is native to Cambodia, Laos, Peninsular Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. ^{[1] [2]}

It is the provincial tree of Thailand's Amnat Charoen Province.^{[ citation needed ]}
