The European Road Cycling Championships are the set of European championship events for the various disciplines and distances in road cycling and have been regulated by the European Cycling Union since 1995. The Women's time trial of the 2007 Dutch National Time Trial Championships cycling event took place on 15 August 2007 in and around Zaltbommel, Netherlands over a 22.28 km long flat parcours.

The Women's time trial of the 2006 Dutch National Time Trial Championships cycling event took place on 20 June 2006 in and around Oudenbosch, Netherlands over a 21.3 km long parcours.
