Indore Marathon is an annual marathon race organised in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is organised by Indore Municipal Corporation as Reliance Jio as its title sponsor. Every Year Participants from all over Indore & from the country take part in the Marathon. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]
It is established in 2015 with the motto of Healthy and Smart Indore.
The Half Marathon (21 km) starts from outside Nehru Stadium after passing through Geeta Bhawan, Palasia, LIG Square, Teen Puliya, LIG Square, Vijay Nagar and will end at Nehru Stadium.
The 10 km Marathon starts from outside Nehru Stadium after passing through Geeta Bhawan, Palasia, LIG Square, Pardesipura and will end at Nehru Stadium.
Rs. 50,000 each for international male winner and international female winner for Half Marathon. Rs. 30, 000 each for international male winner and international female winner for 10 km Marathon and no prize money for 5 km Marathon.

Indore is the largest and most populous city in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is consistently ranked as the cleanest city in India. It serves as the headquarters of both the Indore District and the Indore Division. It is also considered as the state education hub and houses campuses of both the Indian Institute of Technology and the Indian Institute of Management. Located on the southern edge of Malwa Plateau, at an average altitude of 553 meters (1,814 ft) above sea level, it has the highest elevation among major cities of Central India. The city is 190 km (120 mi) west of the state capital of Bhopal. It is 57 km (35 mi) from Ujjain and 35 km (20 mi) from Dewas. Indore had a census-estimated 2011 population of 1,994,397 and 3,570,295. The city is distributed over a land area of just 530 square kilometres (200 sq mi), making Indore the most densely populated major city in the central province.
The Reading Half Marathon is a half marathon road running event held on the streets of the English town of Reading, first held in 1983. The race is normally held on a Sunday in March or early April of each year. The race is open to everyone from fun runner to elite athlete, and was one of the first town races to include wheelchair athletes.

The Great Bristol Half Marathon is an annual road running event held on the streets of Bristol, UK. The route is at sea level and starts on Anchor Road outside We The Curious. Participants make their way toward Hotwells before heading under the Clifton Suspension Bridge and along the Portway toward Sea Mills before returning the same way then navigating around Cumberland Basin then along Spike Island before crossing Prince Street Bridge, circling Queen Square then heading to Castle Park via St Mary Redcliffe and Temple Circus. The final mile and a half take place in the Old City and Bristol city centre before crossing the finish line back at Anchor Road.
