Istrianis femoralis is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It is found on Sicily, Cyprus and in Italy, Slovenia, [1] Croatia, North Macedonia, Greece, [2] the Crimea and Turkey. [3]

The wingspan is 9–10 mm. [4]

The larvae feed on Pistacia mutica and Pistacia vera .
