KESE-LD is a low-power television station licensed to Yuma, Arizona, United States, serving the Yuma, Arizona–El Centro, California market as an affiliate of the Spanish-language Telemundo network. It is owned by the News-Press & Gazette Company, alongside El Centro–licensed Fox/ABC/CW+ affiliate KECY-TV ; NPG also provides certain services to Yuma-licensed dual CBS/NBC affiliate KYMA-DT through a shared services agreement (SSA) with Imagicomm Communications. The three stations share studios on South 4th Avenue in downtown Yuma, with an advertising sales office on West Main Street in El Centro; KESE-LD's transmitter is located southeast of Yuma.

It is affiliated with Spanish-language religious network Tele Vida Abundante and broadcasts in digital on UHF channel 15 from a transmitter location near the Yuma Airport.
San Luis is a city in Yuma County, Arizona, United States. The population was 35,257 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Yuma Metropolitan Statistical Area. San Luis, located in the southwest corner of the state directly adjacent to Mexico's Federal Highway 2 at San Luis Rio Colorado, was the second fastest-growing city or town in Arizona from 1990 to 2000.
