Kavidi Ishadika Sirimannage (born 27 September 1995) is a Sri Lankan badminton player. [1] In 2010, she won the mixed doubles title at the Sri Lanka Air Force Championships with Niluka Karunaratne. [2] In 2015, she was crowned as the champion in the women's doubles, and the runner-up in the singles and mixed doubles. [3] In 2016 she helped the Sri Lankan women's team win a silver medal at the South Asian Games, and also won a bronze in the singles and the mixed doubles event. [4] [5] She won the 2017 Summer Season Championships in the women's doubles event with Thilini Hendahewa, and was the runner-up in the singles. [6] She won her first international title at the Lagos International tournament in the women's doubles event with Hendahewa. [7] She competed at the 2017 Summer Universiade in Taipei, Taiwan, [8] and at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast. [9]

Niluka Karunaratne is a Sri Lankan badminton player who has competed at the Olympics in 2012, 2016 and 2020. His father Louie Karunaratne and brothers Dinuka Karunaratne, Chamika Karunaratne and Diluka Karunaratne are also professional badminton players. He is currently regarded as the number one premiere badminton player in Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka's most decorated badminton player with a record 21 medals to his name at international events including 9 gold medals. He also holds the unique distinction of winning five gold medals in five different continents. He reached his higher career singles ranking of 34 in June 2013, which is also the personal best ranking by a Sri Lankan badminton player. Thilini Sudhara Jayasinghe is a Sri Lankan badminton player. Born in Peradeniya, Jayasinghe started playing badminton aged 9, and has joined the national team in 2000. She attended Mahamaya College and was named Best Sports Woman in 2004. In 2006 and 2010, she competed at the Asian and Commonwealth Games. Jayasinghe also competed for Sri Lanka at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics in the women's singles event. She is the first woman badminton player to have ever represented Sri Lanka at the Olympic Games.

Pranaav Jerry Chopra is an Indian badminton player. He joined the India national badminton team in 2007. In the year 2018, at the Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast, Queensland, he won the gold medal in mixed team as being a member of the Indian mixed team. He is only the second player from India to reach Top 15 in the World Rankings in Mixed Doubles with his partner.

She officially became an Australian citizen in 2014. She was selected to join the national team compete at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia. She was four times women's doubles Oceania champions from 2017 to 2020 with her partner Gronya Somerville, also two times champion in the mixed doubles event in 2017 and 2018 alongside Sawan Serasinghe.

The Maldives International is an open international badminton tournament in Maldives organized by the Badminton Association of Maldives and sanctioned by the Badminton Asia Confederation and Badminton World Federation. This tournament has been an International Challenge level before it went into hiatus in 2014. This tournament held at the Malé sports complex, and offered world ranking points with total prize money US$15,000.

Shiho Tanaka is a Japanese retired badminton player who affiliates with Hokuto Bank team. She won the year-end tournament Superseries Finals in 2017. Tanaka was part of Japanese winning team at the 2017 Asia Mixed Team Championships, 2018 Uber Cup, and at the 2018 Asia Women's Team Championships.

Thilini Pramodika Hendahewa is a Sri Lankan badminton player. She competed at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics in Nanjing, China, also at the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games. Hendahewa was the women' singles champion at the 2014 Sri Lanka national championships. She won her first senior international title at the 2017 Lagos International tournament in the women's singles and doubles event. Together with Kavidi Sirimannage, they claimed the gold medal in the 2019 South Asian Games. She became one of the first two Sri Lankans to win a BWF World Tour tournament, when she won the mixed doubles event alongside Sachin Dias at the 2022 Odisha Open.

Chandrika de Silva also known as Renu Chandrika Hettiarachchige is a Sri Lankan badminton player. She represented her country at the 2002, 2006 and 2010 Commonwealth Games.
