The 2020 United States census counted 110 people, 25 households, and 15 families in Kickapoo Site 1. [4] [5] The population density was 219.6 per square mile (84.8/km2). There were 25 housing units at an average density of 49.9 per square mile (19.3/km2). [5] [6] The racial makeup was 5.45% (6) white or European American (5.45% non-Hispanic white), 0.0% (0) black or African-American, 81.82% (90) Native American or Alaska Native, 0.0% (0) Asian, 0.91% (1) Pacific Islander or Native Hawaiian, 0.0% (0) from other races, and 11.82% (13) from two or more races.
