Kim Sang-bum (born August 14, 1954) is a South Korean film editor, and filmmaker, best known for his collaborations with director Park Chan-wook.

Park has the longest-standing partnership is with Editor Kim Sang-bum. Their relationship dates back to when Park, then a college student, joined the directing department led by editor-in-chief Kim Sang-bum. Kim Sang-bum's late father, Editor Kim Hee-soo, was involved in Park Chan-wook's debut film, The Moon Is... the Sun's Dream as editor. Since the film Joint Security Area (1998), Kim Sang-bum has edited all of Park Chan-wook's works up until The Handmaiden , except for Stoker (2013). [1]

The Handmaiden is a 2016 South Korean historical psychological thriller film directed, co-written and co-produced by Park Chan-Wook and starring Kim Min-hee, Kim Tae-ri, Ha Jung-woo and Cho Jin-woong. It is inspired by the 2002 novel Fingersmith by Welsh writer Sarah Waters, with the setting changed from Victorian era Britain to Korea under Japanese colonial rule.

Decision to Leave is a 2022 South Korean neo-noir romantic mystery film produced and directed by Park Chan-wook, who co-wrote the film with his frequent collaborator Chung Seo-kyeong. The film follows married detective Jang Hae-jun, whose investigation of a man's death leads him to the man's widow, Chinese immigrant Song Seo-rae. Hae-jun's investigation of Seo-rae as a suspect gradually leads him to develop feelings towards her.

Ryu Seong-hie is a South Korean film art director or production designer. Ryu is best known for her works with directors including Bong Joon-ho's Memories of Murder, The Host, Mother, Kim Jee-woon's A Bittersweet Life, and Ryoo Seung-wan's No Blood No Tears, as well as Park Chan-wook's Oldboy, I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK, Thirst, The Handmaiden, and Decision to Leave.
