Kim Yong-hyun (born 13 May 1978) is a badminton player from South Korea. [1]
Kim competed for Korea in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in men's doubles with partner Yim Bang-eun. They had a bye in the first round and defeated Lars Paaske and Jonas Rasmussen of Denmark in the second. In the quarterfinals,Kim and Yim lost to Eng Hian and Flandy Limpele of Indonesia 15-1,15-10.
Kim also competed in mixed doubles with partner Lee Hyo-jung. They had a bye in the first run and were defeated by Jens Eriksen and Mette Schjoldager of Denmark in the round of 16.

Jens Dyrløv Eriksen is a badminton player from Denmark. He competed in four consecutive Olympic Games from 1996 to 2008,and won a mixed doubles bronze medal in 2004 partnered with Mette Schjoldager. At the World Championships,Eriksen won two silvers in 1995 and 1997,and also two bronze medals in 2001 and 2006.

Martin Lundgaard Hansen is a badminton player from Denmark. He started his career in badminton as a singles player,and competed in the 1993 IBF World Championships. But as the years went by,he made a choice to play doubles. Teamed-up with Lars Paaske,they emerged as the men's doubles champion at the 1999,2001 Denmark Open,and in 2000,he and Paaske participated at the Olympic Games. The career highlights for Hansen was when he partnered with Jens Eriksen. The duo won the 2004 and 2006 All England Open,won gold at the European Championships,and was at the time a half years as No.1 in the world.
Eng Hian is a retired Indonesian badminton player. A men's doubles specialist,he won major international tournaments,most of them in partnership with Flandy Limpele,between 1999 and 2006. They earned a bronze medal in men's doubles at the 2004 Olympics in Athens. Their victories included the Korea (1999),Denmark (2000),Singapore (2002),and Japan Opens,and the Copenhagen Masters in 2000 and 2004. Hian and Limpele briefly represented England from 2001 until 2003 before returning to PBSI just in time for 2004 Summer Olympics. They were runners-up at the prestigious All-England Championships in 2002. Hian won the Dutch Open with Rian Sukmawan in 2006. He is currently the Indonesia national team women's doubles head coach.
Kim Dong-moon is a retired South Korean badminton player who won major titles between the mid-1990s and the mid-2000s (decade),and widely regarded as one of finest men's doubles and mixed doubles players in badminton history. Kim captured the world attention when he unexpectedly winning the gold medal in the mixed doubles event with Gil Young-ah at the 1996 Atlanta Summer Olympics. On his path to greatness,he won gold medals both in men's and mixed doubles at the 1999 World Championships. Kim and Ra Kyung-min,partnered up to become one of the strongest mixed doubles pairings of that time. They did not drop a single match from April to November in 2003. They won 10 straight victorious tournaments:9 consecutive Grand Prix events and one World Championship title. Their excellent results in 2003 earned Kim and Ra the Eddie Choong Player of the Year award. He captured this award previously by himself in 2002. Despite their domination,the golden couple crashed in the second round against the Danish partnership of Jonas Rasmussen and Rikke Olsen at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Kim however redeemed himself with a gold medal in men's doubles with Ha Tae-kwon. After the 2004 Olympics,Kim retired from playing and married his former mixed doubles partner,Ra in 2005. Kim is currently the only South Korean player to have ever won Olympic gold in both the men's and mixed doubles events. He was inducted into the BWF Hall of Fame in 2009.
Ha Tae-kwon is a badminton player from South Korea. Born in Jeonju,North Jeolla Province,Ha started his career in badminton with the recommendation of Kim Dong-moon in elementary school. He made his international debut in 1992,and won his first Grand Prix title at the 1995 Canada Open. Ha three times competed in Olympic Games in 1996,2000 and 2004,won a bronze medal in 2000 and a gold medal in 2004.

Rikke Olsen Siegemund is a retired badminton player from Denmark. She won the mixed doubles title at the World Junior Championships in 1992 and the girls' doubles title at the European Junior Championships in 1993.
Ra Kyung-min is a badminton player from South Korea. Ra was a dominating mixed doubles team with her partner Kim Dong-moon from the late 1990s to early 2000s,resulting in a 70–match winning streak and 14 consecutive titles in international tournaments.

Goh V Shem is a Malaysian badminton player in the doubles event. He was partnered with Tan Wee Kiong after their outstanding performance at the 2014 Thomas Cup. Together,Goh and Tan won the gold medal for the men's doubles event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games as well as all their matches in the mixed team event,helping Malaysia retain the gold medal for the third consecutive time. They also won the bronze medal at the 2014 Asian Games and the silver medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics,thus making them the second ever Malaysian men's doubles pair to win the silver medal at the Olympic Games 20 years after the feat was achieved by Cheah Soon Kit and Yap Kim Hock in 1996 Atlanta. Goh and Tan are also the fifth Malaysian men's doubles pair to hold the world number 1 ranking after Razif Sidek and Jalani Sidek,followed by Cheah and Yap,Chan Chong Ming and Chew Choon Eng,and later on by Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong ever since official rankings were kept in the 80s.
