Further, while restructuring of local levels nationwide, ward no. 23 was taken out to Janaki Rural Municipality and ward no. 7 of Hirminiya VDC was added to Nepalgunj.

Dhanushadham is a municipality in Dhanusha District in Province No. 2 of south-eastern Nepal. The municipality was established on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Govindapur, Umprempur, Yagyabhumi, Dhanushadham village development committees (VDCs). It is a religious place of Hindu worship in Nepal. It is believed that a part of Shiva Dhanusha that was broken by Rama during Sita's swayamvara, is housed. Now there is temple around the remaining of bow and visited by Hindu devotees from all over the world. That's why it is named Dhanushadham.

At the time of the 2011 Nepal census, it had a population of 43,996 people living in Punarwas.
Musikot is a municipality and the district headquarter of Western Rukum District in Karnali Province of Nepal that was established as Musikot Khalanga on 2 December 2014 by merging the two former Village development committees Musikot and Khalanga. From 2014 until 2018, Musikot was called Musikot Khalanga and until 2017 served as the district headquarter of Rukum District. It lies on the bank of Sani Bheri River. It borders with Eastern Rukum in the east, Sanibheri rural municipality in the west, Banfikot rural municipality in the north and Tribeni rural municipality and Rolpa district in the south.

The former village development committee was transformed into Municipality from 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Birpur, Chanai, Bishunpur,Jawabhari and Shivapur village development committees. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 7241 people living in 1067 individual households.

Dakneshwori Municipality is located in Saptari District in Madhesh Province of Nepal. It was formed in 2016 occupying current 10 sections (wards) merging previous Kabilasha, Hariraha, Tarhi, Bhuthi, Pato, Aurahi, Brahampur, Gamahariya Parwaha, Patthargada and Banaula VDCs. It occupies an area of 69.11 km2 with a total population of 44,782. Dakneshwori Municipality is named after the famous temple Dakneshwori Bhagwati located at ward no. 5, Pato.
