[1] As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Krymsky Municipal District. [4] It is located in the west of the krai. The area of the district is 1,601 square kilometers (618 sq mi).[ citation needed ] Its administrative center is the town of Krymsk (which is not administratively a part of the district).
