La 7 CYL is a Spanish television channel, launched in 2009. It was founded and started to broadcast in 2009. CYLTV currently broadcasts in Spanish.
The Eurovision Song Contest 1969 was the 14th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Madrid, Spain, following the country's victory at the 1968 contest with the song "La, la, la" by Massiel. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Televisión Española (TVE), the contest was held at the Teatro Real on Saturday 29 March 1969 and was hosted by Spanish television presenter and actress Laurita Valenzuela.
The Eurovision Song Contest 1968 was the 13th edition of the annual Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in London, United Kingdom, following the country's first victory at the 1967 contest with the song "Puppet on a String" by Sandie Shaw. Despite having won for the first time the year before, it was actually the third time that the United Kingdom had hosted the competition, having previously done so in 1960 and 1963, both of which also took place in London. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), the contest was held at Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 6 April 1968, and was hosted by Katie Boyle for the third time. It was notably also the first time that the contest was broadcast in colour.
Deutsche Welle or DW is a German public state-owned international broadcaster funded by the German federal tax budget. The service is available in 30 languages. Dora the Explorer is an American children's animated television series and multimedia franchise created by Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsh Valdes and Eric Weiner that premiered on Nickelodeon on August 14, 2000, and ended on August 9, 2019. The series is produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio. It focuses on a girl named Dora accompanied by anamorphic monkey known as Boots, as they go on adventures. It took place in Moscow, Russia, following the country's victory at the 2008 contest with the song "Believe" by Dima Bilan. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Channel One (C1R), the contest was held at the Olimpiysky Arena, and consisted of two semi-finals on 12 and 14 May, and the final on 16 May 2009. The semi-finals were presented by Russian model Natalia Vodianova and television presenter Andrey Malahov, while the final was presented by Russian television presenter Ivan Urgant and former Russian contestant Alsou Abramova.
The Dallas Cowboys Radio Network is an American radio network broadcasting all Dallas Cowboys football games to stations across all of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico during the NFL season. Beginning with the 2009 NFL season, it is an arm of Entercom and comprises over 50 stations with KRLD-FM in Dallas being the flagship station. Prior to 2009, Cowboys games were broadcast on 1310 AM KTCK "The Ticket" and 93.3 FM KDBN "The Bone", and also previously on 103.7 KVIL FM and 98.7 FM KLUV "K-LUV". Beginning in the 2011 NFL season, a separate contract allows a second network to be carried nationwide through Compass Media Networks, but it is not the official Dallas Cowboys Radio Network.
Spain participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with the song "La noche es para mí" written by Irini Michas, Dimitri Stassos, Jason Gill and Felipe Pedroso. The song was performed by Soraya. The Spanish broadcaster Televisión Española (TVE) organised the national final Eurovisión 2009: El retorno in order to select the Spanish entry for the 2009 contest in Moscow, Russia. The national final consisted of three semi-finals and a final and involved 30 artists and songs. Ten entries ultimately qualified to compete in the televised final where an in-studio jury and a public televote selected "La noche es para mí" performed by Soraya as the winner.
