Lethbridge Dragon Boat Festival is a dragon boat festival held annually in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada.
The festival, held every July since 2002 at Henderson Park (except 2020), attracts over 60 teams from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Montana consisting of over 1600 participants. [1] [2] The three-day festival is the largest dragon boat festival in Alberta, [3] and it includes not only the dragon boat races but entertainment, vendors, and beer gardens.
2020 saw the festival go on hiatus until 2021.

Alberta Provincial Highway No. 4, commonly referred to as Highway 4, is a 103-kilometre (64 mi) highway in southern Alberta, Canada that connects Highway 3 in Lethbridge to Interstate 15 in Montana. The highway was designated in 1999 as the First Special Service Force Memorial Highway in honour of elite soldiers who travelled to Helena, Montana for training before World War II. The highway continues on into America retaining that designation.

Breast cancer survivors' dragon boating is an international movement inspired by the research of Canadian sports medicine specialist Don McKenzie. Survivors of breast cancer join together to paddle dragon boats to the benefit of their physical health and social wellbeing. It is supported internationally by the International Breast Cancer Paddlers' Commission (IBCPC), an Associate Member of the International Dragon Boat Federation.
