Leyte's 5th congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Leyte. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1931. [3] The district consists of the city of Baybay and adjacent municipalities of Abuyog, Bato, Hilongos, Hindang, Inopacan, Javier, Mahaplag and Matalom, since its second restoration in 1987. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Carl Cari of the Lakas–CMD. [4]
Prior to its second dissolution in 1961 due to the creation of Southern Leyte, the district consisted of the central municipalities of Alangalang, Barugo, Burauen, Capoocan, Carigara, Dagami, Jaro, Julita, La Paz, Pastrana, Tabontabon, and Tunga. All these municipalities were subsequently redistricted to the 2nd district. [5]

The legislative districts of Leyte are the representations of the province of Leyte, the independent component city of Ormoc, and highly urbanized city of Tacloban in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province, together with the independent cities are currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through their first, second, third, fourth, and fifth congressional districts.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the southern Cebu municipalities of Alcoy, Argao, Boljoon, Dalaguete, Oslob, Samboan and Santander. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Edsel Galeos of the Lakas-CMD.

The district was created following Valenzuela's conversion into a highly urbanised city through Republic Act No. 8526 on February 14, 1998. It consists of nine barangays in the southern part of the city, namely Bagbaguin, General T. de Leon, Karuhatan, Mapulang Lupa, Marulas, Maysan, Parada, Paso de Blas, and Ugong. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Eric M. Martinez of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP).
Marikina's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Marikina. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2007. The district was created in 2006 following the passage of Republic Act No. 9364 which amended the 1996 Marikina City Charter. It consists of the southern Marikina barangays of Barangka, Calumpang, Industrial Valley Complex, Jesus de la Peña, Malanday, San Roque, Santa Elena, Santo Niño and Tañong. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Maan Teodoro of the National Unity Party (NUP).

Camarines Sur's 5th congressional district is one of the five congressional districts in the province of Camarines Sur. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2010. The district was created following the 2009 reapportionment that split the 1st district into two thereby creating an additional district for the province. The district consists of the city of Iriga and adjacent municipalities in the Partido region of southern Camarines Sur that previously comprised the 4th district, namely Baao, Balatan, Bato, Buhi, Bula and Nabua. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Miguel Luis Villafuerte of the National Unity Party (NUP).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2016. The district consists of all barangays of the city of Batangas facing the provinces of Oriental Mindoro and Occidental Mindoro. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Marvey Mariño of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Biliran's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Biliran. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following its conversion into a regular province under the 1991 Local Government Code which was ratified in a 1992 plebiscite concurrent with that year's general election. Biliran had been a sub-province of Leyte since 1959 and was last represented as part of Leyte's 3rd district in the House of Representatives from 1987 to 1995 and earlier from 1961 to 1972, the multi-member Region VIII's at-large district in the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, and the multi-member Leyte's at-large district in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerardo Espina Jr. of Lakas–CMD.
Southern Leyte's 1st legislative district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Southern Leyte. The district has been represented in the lower house of the Congress since 2022. Established in 2019, it is composed of the city of Maasin and the municipalities of Bontoc, Limasawa, Macrohon, Malitbog, Padre Burgos, and Tomas Oppus. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Luz Mercado of the Lakas–CMD who is the first representative of district since its creation.
Bulacan's 5th congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bulacan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2022. The district consists of municipalities in central Bulacan, namely Balagtas, Bocaue, Guiguinto, and Pandi and does not have any provincial boundaries. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ambrosio Cruz Jr. of the Lakas-CMD, who is its first representative since its creation.
