Ferrar Glacier is a glacier in Antarctica. It is about 35 nautical miles long, flowing from the plateau of Victoria Land west of the Royal Society Range to New Harbour in McMurdo Sound. The glacier makes a right (east) turn northeast of Knobhead, where it where it is apposed, i.e., joined in Siamese-twin fashion, to Taylor Glacier. From there, it continues east along the south side of Kukri Hills to New Harbor.

Belgica Mountains is an isolated chain of mountains about 10 miles (16 km) long, standing 60 miles (97 km) east-southeast of the Sor Rondane Mountains in Queen Maud Land, in the Antarctic. The chain was discovered by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition (1957-1958) under Gaston de Gerlache, and named after the ship Belgica, commanded by his father, Lt. Adrien de Gerlache, leader of the Belgian Antarctic Expedition of 1897–99.

The solar farm is under development by a consortium comprising Gigawatt Global, a Dutch multinational IPP and the Anglican Church of Niassa, based in Niassa Province, in northwestern Mozambique. The energy generated here is to be sold to Electricidade de Moçambique (EDM), the Mozambican public electric utility company, for distribution to Lago District, Mecula District, Mecanhelas District, Mavago District and Mandimba District.
