Rana Sangram Singh Sisodia, popularly known as Rana Sanga, was an Indian Hindu ruler of Mewar who reunited several Rajput clans to form a powerful Rajput confederation in Rajputana during the 16th century. He succeeded his father, Rana Raimal, to the Mewar throne in 1508. Sanga contemporarily fought against the Afghan Lodhi dynasty and Turkic Mughals during his lifetime. Kyoto Sanga FC Japanese association football club

Kyoto Sanga FC (京都サンガF.C.) is a Japanese professional football club based in Kyoto. "Sanga" comes from the Sanskrit sangha, a term meaning "group" or "club" and often used to denote the Buddhist priesthood, associating the club with Kyoto's many Buddhist temples. The club was formerly known as Kyoto Purple Sanga with "purple", the colour of the team uniforms, an imperial colour reflecting Kyoto's status as Japan's ancient imperial capital city. It was decided however that, from 2007, the team will simply been known as "Kyoto Sanga". They are the oldest club competing in the J.League.

Battle of Khanwa

The Battle of Khanwa was fought near the village of Khanwa, in Bharatpur District of Rajasthan, on March 16, 1527. It was fought between the invading forces of the first Mughal Emperor Babur and the Rajput forces led by Rana Sanga of Mewar, after the Battle of Panipat. The victory in the battle consolidated the new Mughal dynasty in India.

Sanga-Sanga Airport, also known as Tawi-Tawi Airport, is the airport serving the general area of Bongao, the capital of the province of Tawi-Tawi in the Philippines. The airport is classified as a Class 2 principal airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, a body of the Department of Transportation that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but also of all other airports in the Philippines except the major international airports. It is not an international airport, contrary to its classification by the Tawi-Tawi provincial government. It is located in Sanga-Sanga Island. The airport was formerly referred by IATA with the code SGS until the end of 2011, when its IATA code was finally changed to TWT.

Idar State, also known as Edar, was a princely state that was located in present-day Gujarat state of India. During the British Raj era, it was a part of the Mahi Kantha Agency, within the Gujarat Division of Bombay Presidency.

Lago District is a district of Niassa Province in north-western Mozambique. The principal town is Metangula. Lago District is bordered to the west by Lake Nyasa, on the south by Lichinga, on the east by Sanga District. Lago shares its northern boundary with Tanzania.

SM Sanga Balende

Sa Majesté Sanga Balende, is a football club that plays in the Democratic Republic of Congo top tier: Vodacom Ligue 1. Sanga Balende is the only club in vodacom Ligue 1, that is from Kasai Oriental, This gives them a lot of popularity around the DRC amongst the people of Kasai Districts.
